  • Hello @jquintao, I do not see any reported issues on MacOS 10.15.4 with the CC 3.0.11 version. I would suggest reaching out to the Support team so that we can help you further investigate this issue. Please the following link to contact support. Thanks!
  • Hello @SEBASTIAN, I am guessing you have changed the password over here. For which page are you trying to change the password? Could you please share a screenshot? Thanks!
  • Hello @marct191, I don't see any App control signatures for Tivo application specifically. It can either be a URL that is being blocked by CFS or a special port number used by Tivo for those updates that needs to be allowed. The packet capture will show you the drops to narrow this down. Thanks!
  • Hello @Peterbob9, I checked internally based on the DTS# 222458 and yes we have a few customers seeing this problem across different platforms. We have taken care of major DPI SSL related problems on 6.5.4.5 based on HF versions but all of that is getting consolidated and scheduled to be fixed in the next release 6.5.4.6.…
  • Hello @marct191, WLAN zone on the firewall is reserved for the build-in wireless (not present in your case) or if you are connecting to any SonicWall access points like SonicPoint/SonicWAVE etc. What wireless network are the iPhones connecting to? Are you using some kind of Access point that is also connected on the LAN?…
  • Unfortunately, this is only available on the SMA devices as of now. SSLVPN on the firewall is a very small portion of the Remote access capability that can be provided by the dedicated SMA appliance. You can always raise an RFE (Request for feature enhancement) by consulting your Sales representative and based on the…
  • Hey @Shawn_Jones , We are not recording the OS type of the client that is connecting using SSLVPN to the firewall. I'm not sure if this is recorded on the dedicated SMA appliances. I can find out and update you. Thanks!
  • Hey @brunogabriel , Is this taking place on all clients? What version of NetExtender or mobile connect are you using? Are you using split tunnel or tunnel all mode? I would suggest upgrading the client software and the drivers on the affected machine. Also, if there are any pending windows updates, please apply them too.…
  • Hi @marct191, First of all, is this a SOHO 250 or SOHO 250W model? Are you using a SonicWAVE/SonicPoint or some other access point? If it is a 3rd party access point, to what interface is it connected and what zone is that interface on? It is important to understand how the printer and the Apple devices are communicating…
  • Great job on that woodwork you have done @Chris! If this is the first one, my mind is 🤯 This week I am working on Creating new KB articles Beta test on the new builds provided by the team Getting to understand the tool Scapy and integrating it with Python I had an amazing start to this week because after so many days, I…
  • That's amazing! Have a good day ahead!
  • Hey @brunogabriel, This was reported sometime ago on the 6.5.1.x firmware version. I checked internally and this should be fixed on 6.5.4.5 firmware. Could you please upgrade the firmware and test again? You can use the link below for the same Thanks!!
  • I am glad I could help! Have an amazing day ahead! 😀
  • Hello @JohnMiller, I see that it is an internal ticket opened by SonicWall to work with the MSFT team and that is the reason why I do not have a Microsoft link for you. We have seen this in the past and the response was too slow from the their end due to which it has been eventually closed. It was concluded though that it…
  • Hello @JohnMiller, We had seen this in the past and after further investigation had found this to be a Microsoft related problem. FYI: Microsoft bug ticket# (MS: 11467844) Thanks!
