Hello @Ernesto75, Unfortunately, no. SonicOS 7 is only for the Gen 7 hardware like TZ 570 and 670 and SonicOSX 7.0 is for virtual firewalls like NSv 870 etc. TZ 400 is a Gen 6 hardware and will have a 6.x firmware available. Thanks!

Hello @mrt, I am seeing the same thing post login. It would be best to create a ticket to report this. Thanks!

@fred, Could you please upgrade to the latest firmware version 6.5.4.6-79n and then test? I could find issue ID: GEN6-249 reporting something similar and should be fixed on the latest version. Thanks!

Hello @fred, What firmware version are you on? If possible can you please try it on Firefox? Thanks!
-
@Cesar, Yes, exactly.

@Cesar, Could you please have this machine connected directly on the X0 interface bypassing the switch and then test? Thanks!

Hello @Larry, I think the SonicWall does not actually unpacks/decompresses or decrypts to find out the actual EXE file that was packed using UPX and that is the reason it does not show you the actual EXE. This is some explanation I found on this topic: Packers are utilities which compress and sometimes encrypt executables.…

@Cesar, Please check what IP address is present on that machine and if SonicWall X0 IP is the default gateway for that machine. Are you able to ping the SonicWall X0 IP from the LAN machine or you seeing the same result? If yes, then it seems to be problem with local connectivity or IP address assignment. Thanks!

@Cesar, 1) Are you able to reach the firewall from a LAN device? If not, please connect a machine directly on X0 interface and check. 2) If you ping 8.8.8.8 from a LAN machine, are you getting replies? If this is working, please check if you can ping google.com instead. Thanks!

Hello @Talleyrand, I just checked a little bit more on my end and found an existing RFE for adding 'Custom DDNS Settings for 3rd party DDNS providers'. The ID for the same is 2277. You can reach out to your Sales representative and have your request added to this. This will help us to prioritize the requests better and…

Hello @Larry, Since the threat type is showing up as Virus, please navigate to that specific device under Device manager instead of the global view. On top, if you select the report tab, Viruses should be one of the options under Details section. I think that tab should have the data you need. You might need to adjust the…

Hello @Oliver, Understood. Unfortunately, for bandwidth reservation to be done 20 Kbps is the minimum value. But if you are trying to restrict/limit the bandwidth then you can specify the guaranteed value as 0 and the maximum as at least 20 Kbps. Also, please check if the value is 8 KBps (8 kilo bytes per second), whereas…

Hello @Chathura_Yapa1, Welcome to SonicWall community. Since the zip file is password protected, without knowing the password, it is not possible for us to find the contents of that file and take necessary action. That is the reason we only have an option to either allow or block transfer of such files. You can restrict…
