@Ninad94, What about the speed on the client side who is connecting? If they also do not have similar speeds, we cannot achieve higher bandwidth as they are using their ISP to build the SSLVPN connection. Thanks!

Hello @Ninad94, You have 100 Mbps internet link on the firewall side or client side? The overall speed after the connection is dependent on both ends. Also, due to TCP based SSL connection, the overhead is a little high and usually the speeds are not that great over SSLVPN. If possible could you test GVC client too from…

Hello @KMBIT, Have you performed packet capture on the firewall itself? Honestly, it would be best to perform real-time troubleshooting on this one to further investigate. Could you please reach out to our support team so that we can help you with this? Thanks!

Hello @Adrian, Could you please check the logs on the SonicWall while you are attempting that connection to see what could be the problem? Few things to look out for: 1) Under MANAGE | Users | Settings, the User authentication method is selected as both Local Users + LDAP 2) The LDAP server is successfully bound and can…

Hello @Darshil, To be honest with you this signature is the most generic and I have it being triggered in other situations as well. If you have authentication on those websites, it is probably being shown up due to that. You can read more about it at the link below Thanks!

Understood. So, you can see in the source host name, it shows the source port to be 443. Hence, this is a reply packet to the inbound connection made from outside. The internal IP itself is not initiating the connection which is how the configuration is made on the firewall. Thanks!

Hello @Darshil, This seems like a return traffic for HTTPS traffic initiated from 110.227.248.39. Do you have any port forwarding created for the internal address 192.168.101.51 on HTTPS? Thanks!

Hello @TC10284, Welcome to SonicWall community. If the static IP addresses are in the same subnet as the existing WAN interface IP, you can directly create the port forwarding rules for them to point at the VMs using inbound NAT and access rules. If they do not belong to the same subnet as WAN Interface, you can use static…

Hello @AKJohnC, Welcome to SonicWall community. Are you unable to connect the SONOS to the wireless network or once connected, the streaming is not taking place? I checked some SONOS related articles online and found that one of the things missing could be multicast support. Please enable multicast globally and on the…

Hello @Crobkmm, Welcome to SonicWall community. Unfortunately, the only two local languages supported for Firewall UI are Chinese and Japanese at the moment. Also, they have a separate firmware and are hard coded there. So, you would need to use English for the firewall UI. Spanish is not one of the languages that can be…

@markflan, What message do you receive on the browser while trying web access? Also, which browser are you using for testing? If possible could you please plug in a computer directly to the X0 port and then try accessing the UI? Thanks!

Hello @daniel_lilja, For existing resource group, you would need to use the azure template. Could you please try using the template given at this location? Thanks!

Hello @Alberto, JIRA is actually the issue ID used internally to track a specific problem. This means that the issue has been passed on to the engineering team and they are investigating now on this matter. Thanks!

Hello @moshem, Welcome to SonicWall Community. Could you please let us know the device model and firmware on it that you are connecting to? Please upgrade to the latest version and test. Thanks!

Hello @Talleyrand, If both the peers have dynamic WAN addresses, then DDNS would be the only way out. But, if one side has static address then aggressive mode of VPN can be used to build the VPN tunnel. What is the case for you? Thanks!
