Hello @PDXPaul, Welcome to the SonicWall community. I think the secondary gateway option has to be set on the phones themselves for this to work. Any setting on the DSL might not be helpful as we want this change when that device is down. Also, we cannot associate the IP of the same subnet to multiple interfaces or…

Hello @Charper, Welcome to the SonicWall community. I would like to know what networks are included in the local network and remote network fields in the Site to Site VPN configured. If you have used an address group like LAN subnets that only includes the physically connected networks and not the routed networks. So, I…

Hello @Hossein2021, Welcome to the SonicWall community. There is a Malware category under Content Filter Service and that should block any domains that can contain malware. Also, the security services like GAV, IPS, and Anti-Spyware can check for any kind of attack or malware in real-time. Thank you!

Yes, I agree with @MasterRoshi. We have improved on the performance by almost 3X on Gen 7 devices. I would suggest an upgrade as well for 1 Gbps. Thanks!

Hello @RyanS, Welcome to the SonicWall community. When Capture Client was installed, if the Anti-tamper feature was enabled on the management console, the uninstall process will continue to ask for the passphrase. Even if the license is expired, Support still stores the information for 90 days. So, if your license expired…

@Enzino78, Here are the full DPI values for Gen 6 TZ. TZ 300 - 100 Mbps TZ 400 - 300 Mbps TZ 500 - 400 Mbps TZ 600 - 500 Mbps. Thanks!
-
Hello @Enzino78, 300 Mbps is when you are turning ON all security features. IPS throughput is calculated when only the IPS feature is enabled. So, from my experience, I have always seen TZ 400 giving a throughput of 250-300 Mbps in DPI mode with performance optimization. Thanks!
-
Hello @Darshil, The full DPI throughput for the TZ 400 is 300 Mbps. So, it definitely cannot reach 1 Gbps. But, for the throughput issue, you can check the KB below. Thank you

Hello @SWuservpn, What version of GVC are you testing with? Is this problem happening to all users? Please take a look at the KB below: Thanks!

Hello @Chirag, We need a WAN switch so that both the ISPs will work with both the primary and secondary devices. It is absolutely essential for seamless HA functionality that the interfaces that are connected to either device are exactly the same. So, we need a WAN switch, so that there are X1 as well as X2 connections on…

Both the TZ 670 and 570 have built in 32GB storage. You were right @BWC. Apologise for the mistake.
-
Hello @pmelchiori, The IPS team confirmed that we do have signatures included for these. The following link includes complete information regarding the same. Thanks!
-
@BWC, I knew these numbers since the beta started. Let me just double-check internally if the values have now changed. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks!

@Markmartin, Please use the right filters under the monitor filter tab of the packet capture and try to access the URL while you have the packet capture running. Once you test, stop the packet capture. Please share a screenshot here so I can take a look. Here is a sample filter for you: Please click on Investigate | Packet…

If you do not specify any relay IP, by default the GVC clients will get IP from X0 subnet scope. I would suggest going with that as usually that's included in the site to site VPN as well. You can set a separate scope but then you would need to add that be scope to the site to site VPN. So just enable the DHCP over VPN…
