Hello @Yuber_Sierra, The TZ 570 and 670 both have 4GB RAM and built-in storage of 16GB. They also have an option to expand the storage to 256GB using external storage modules. I hope that helps! Thanks!

@Wes, While there is no internet access, are you able to ping 8.8.8.8 and only unable to access the websites? This is basically to understand if the issue is with DNS. Also, what are the differences between the Main SSID and the guest? I think we need some real-time troubleshooting to understand what the problem could be.…

Hello @SWuservpn, Please check if the IP addresses overlap between your remote resources and the Ethernet. It is possible that the wireless network is totally different than what you have on the remote network due to which everything works as expected. This usually happens if you are using the most commonly used network…

Hello @Wes, Are the wireless endpoints getting an IP address from the firewall or the Access Points? Please make sure that you have DHCP turned ON on only either one of them and the DNS points to the right address in the DHCP scope. Thanks!

@Markmartin, If they both are on the same network, then the port should automatically be allowed. I would suggest doing a packet capture to troubleshoot this further. Thanks!

Hello @SWuservpn, Please make sure that the GVC clients are getting IP addresses from the same subnet that is used as the local network in the site to site VPN on the NSa 2650. Otherwise, the traffic will not be sent across the site to site VPN as there is no SA formed between the GVC IP and remote network. Thanks!

Hello @samaj, I think is solely depends on how you configure the router placed between the firewall and the leased line. Is that going to be in NATted mode? Are you going to have two separate subnets, one for the firewall and the other for the leased line? Thanks!

Hello @Markmartin, Welcome to the SonicWall community. Please make sure that Bonjour is allowed as per the KB below. If the communication is still not working, then we need to perform packet capture to understand what else could be getting blocked. Thanks!

Hello @Joseph909, Welcome to SonicWall community. You can use the following configuration, 1) Enable WAN Load balancing and use X1 as primary and X2 is secondary with basic failover mode 2) Create a static route to send outgoing traffic from X3 subnet to exit on X2 Please make sure you set logical probing on both the…

Hello @DiagoFernandes, Welcome to SonicWall community. The following KB usually lists the supported imports from one sonicwall model to another. I think NSa 2700 and TZ 470W are not part of this list and they are extremely new. But, most probably they are supported as an import from TZ 500 to TZ 570W is currently…
