@Maxime, The user group field is only present for an access rule and not the NAT policy. If the traffic is allowed per the access rule, the NAT rule is chosen as per the priority. Since the destination address is 1.1.1.1, whichever NAT policy is at a higher priority will get triggered. You are using SSLVPN, so you should…

@djhurt1, If the state of the Access Point is operational, then it should be okay. If it shows not licensed, you can use the instructions on this KB. Tahnk you!

@acohen32, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It was wonderful to hear that it works perfectly.

@Darshil, It could be probably due to the memory integrity setting. You can turn that OFF under ---> Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Device Security and then under Core isolation, selecting Core isolation details. Let us know if that helps. Thanks!

@DisaRicks, It is definitely not related to access rules as that would say dropped due to Policy drop. This definitely needs some real-time troubleshooting and we might need to check the ARPs to see if something is different for this connection. Kindly reach out to our support team for further help. Thanks!

@Ehsan, I am attaching the datasheet for your reference. We never measure based on the number of PCs rather the traffic that they can generate. This post was about how many local users can be created on the firewall. So, 25 seems to be a very low number. I would suggest looking at the numbers from the datasheet for more…

@Enzino78, We can have user-level authentication done using access rules but I am afraid there are no other options for the landing page. Post authentication, they will be able to access the internet. What firmware are you on? If the guest services aren't working as expected, I would suggest working with our support team…

@DisaRicks, Do you have a network diagram handy or let me know what subnets you have on X2 and to which interface should this be forwarded to? Thanks!

@DisaRicks, Welcome to the SonicWall community. That drop code usually means that the packet being dropped is the same packet that was sent out on that link a few moments ago. It usually takes place if there is some kind of physical loop. Could you please check the same and if possible share a screenshot of the packet…

@RTinkess, I would suggest performing a packet capture for the remote IP you are trying to connect to and check if there are any packet drops on the firewall. If yes, what is the reason for the drop? Thanks!

@Ehsan, With the right access rules, the X3 subnet should be able to access the printer on LAN. For discovering the printer, multicast needs to be turned ON. Could you please explain accessing the application using X2 and going online through X1? Since there is a public IP on the DMZ server, it should be able to go online…

@RTinkess , When site to site VPN of active, all traffic is allowed across the tunnel. Are you able to access the shared drives using the IP address of the remote device? Thanks!

@banyuputih, You can set up user level authentication for the zone on which the Aruba AP is connected. The users when try to go online will be presented with a login page where they need to enter their AD credentials post which they can access the internet. Please take a look at the KBs below. I hope this helps! Let me…

@TSG, I would suggest testing if it is available while using the classic mode of mysonicwall. If not, please reach out to our Customer Service team for further assistance. Thanks!

@Paco, Please make sure that the NAT traversal is enabled on the VPN advanced settings on the firewall. Also, please check the GVC client logs and the firewall logs to see where the VPN negotiation is failing. Thanks!
