@Davide, Could you please try that from a different browser? You are right, even without active Support you should be able to update the firmware on the device. Thank you!

@LogitComputerGmbH, What firmwares were the TZ 205 and TZ 400 when you imported the settings to the TZ 400? As per the support matrix, the settings import is supported between those devices and but need to make sure that the firmwares were compatible. Thanks!

Hello @banyuputih, I have requested more info on support for these features internally. I will update you as soon as I have them. Thanks!

@SWuservpn, I would suggest using CFS to block domains. The FQDN address objects rely on DNS and the firewall might not have all the IP addresses mapped to the object and slowly gets that info for wildcard objects. Thanks!

Sure, keep us posted!

The mail sometimes lands up in the spam folder. Otherwise, you would need to contact the customer service team to have the 2FA turned OFF for your account. Thanks!

@banyuputih, You can add a service group that includes HTTP and HTTPS, use that in the service field of access rule number 2 of the first KB article that I had shared. So, any user when they try to go online from a browser, it should redirect them to the SonicWall login page. Thanks!

I'm sorry I missed that. In that case, we would need to run packet captures. Please reach out to our support team for the same.

@standingduck , A good test would be if you test with a different ISP on the client end. VPN traffic sometimes it's blocked on ISP end. Thanks!

No, I don't think it is the cable. But, we might need to validate things like, is SonicWAVE getting the right power. Also, are you seeing anything in the event logs? Also, is the link, up where the SonicWAVE is connected? Also, is this getting powered using the PoE injector or a PoE switch? Thanks!

@djhurt1 , Based on the IP assignment on the interface, the DHCP scope gets applied to the respective interface. Interface pre-populate helps you to auto-fill the necessary fields from the interface IP assignment. So, honestly every scope should be bound to one interface based on the IP assigned to that interface. If you…

Yes, SSLVPN refers to NetExtender. The firewall can support both of them simultaneously. I just wanted to mention that one of them working and not the other can be due to them using different protocols. Were you able to try the suggestions on the above KB? Thanks!

@standingduck, Welcome to the SonicWall community. SSLVPN used TCP 4433 whereas GVC is an IPSec VPN that used UDP 500 and 4500. I would suggest going through this KB. Also, is this issue taking place for all users or just one? Thanks!

@Handy, The SonicWAVE 432E can definitely be managed from the firewall. What firmware version are you on? Also, which firewall model is this connected to? This getting started guide should be helpful. Thanks!

@djhurt1, Please check under MANAGE | Access Points | Base Settings | SonicWAVE Objects. The status of the SonicWAVE should be showing up in green as operational. If that is the case, you are all set. If it shows not licensed, then please follow the KB I had sent earlier. Thank you!
