Hi @Arcee Did you have this resolved or are you still facing the same issue? If you are, please DM me.

Hi @mimiz A Couple things - in the user Vpn access, do you have X0 subnet as one of the destinations? Do you have ping enabled on the x0 interface? Turn off windows firewall on the destination machines for testing to see if ping works after checking the above 2 points.

Hi @chrisw169 , Is your surface pro an ARM device? If so, GVC is not supported for ARM devices. Please see info under supported windows clients in the release notes: Global VPN Client Release Notes (sonicwall.com) NOTE: These operating systems and platforms are not supported: • ARM-based devices, including the ARM-based…

hi @Piotr81 Are they random ports? or known ports like 443, 80, etc? Check the WAN to WAN rules to see if there is any rules allowing any traffic. If it still looks odd - I would suggest calling our technical support team so they make take a look and clear any doubts.

Hi @Piotr81 What @BWC is suggesting is a good place to start. Question - Which Firewall model are you using? How did you determine that all the ports were open? Are these internal facing interfaces (LAN) or External facing interfaces (WAN)?

As @Arkwright mentioned the ether type here is not IP and depending on how the capture is set up - this traffic drop is not something to be concerned about (looks like with either type blank - should be at least IP if troubleshooting ip related traffic). Do you have the VLAN network assigned under one of the interfaces as the parent interface? Or are you using a route to inform the firewall of the vlan network behind the firewall…

Hey @Netw0rk_Deltares Please check out the following KB article (It mentions SMA - but it is relating to Net extender itself: SMA100: Windows Network Logon using NetExtender | SonicWall Let me know if this helps.
-
Hey @Woodside Just seeing this post now - have you been able to resolve this? If not, let me know. Thanks! Anthony
-
@Larry Thanks for the update on that. For your TZ270W - was just a lock up or a reboot (Firewall rebooted on its own)? You will only see it generated for a reboot.
-
Hi @Zbebus Yes - please contact our support team to assist in resolving this. Please let me know if you already have and if this has been resolved. Thank you, Anthony
-
Hey @s281er238 What firmware versions are you running on the TZ370 and which version on the TZ400 models? Thank you, Anthony
-
Hey Larry, Could you check the diag page to see if there was a core dump generated for that date? Let me know! Thanks, Anthony
