Hi @BWC The correct path for getting into the diag page would be to login first to the management GUI, then once logged in, the path on the address bar would be: IPaddress/sonicui/7/m/diag : Hope this helps! Anthony

Hey @Larry Tested with my Gen6 device - no issues syncing licenses or any log entries for this. Checked with my Gen7 unit - Can confirm with @BWC - I am able to sync the licenses sucessfully but I am seeing the "Failed to synchronize license information with Licensing Server. 1007" message in the logs. Hey @Jim_Stables What firmware is the TZ400 on? Which field wont it allow you to leave blank? Was that information already inputted and now cannot be cleared? When you try to access AWS objects of AWS VPN, you mention you get booted out of the firewall. Do you get logged out and shown the login screen?

Hmm thats odd. What firmware are you on? No need to reboot. It should hand out ip's if its enabled. If you connect a device directly to the X3 interface does it get an ip? Anthony
