Hi @LARRY, Do you see data on the CSC UI? Could you run the report manually and check once if the report contains data? This is to isolate the issue towards only scheduled reports or complete CSC report.

Hi @CHATHURA_YAPA1, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Unfortunately, the Global VPN is only for Windows platform for now especially Desktops and Laptops. SSLVPN via Mobile Connect will the apt suggestion for you to use VPN feature for iPhone and SonicWall combination. Hope this helps.

If yes, then the best way to determine the issue is to perform packet capture on the SonicWall to trace the FTP traffic. Keep us updated.
