Hi @RHUANBARRETO, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. This is because with L2TP VPN, the option "Use default gateway on remote network" is enabled by default on the L2TP VPN Adapter and this check box should be disabled manually. Please refer screenshot below. Hope this helps.

Sure, thanks @ACETECH.

Hi @Tularis, You could also try to import the user group meant for SSLVPN users from AD onto SonicWall. It would be difficult when it comes to adding new user account on AD and the same wont take effect on the firewall unless and until we manually import the user or delete the same user group from the firewall and import…

Hi @TULARIS, IMO, the simplest method is to use LDAP for user authentication. Below KB article talks about the configuration required for LDAP authentication for SSLVPN users. Hope this helps.

Hi @NINAD94, The status is OFFLINE because, the installed syslog analytics should contact the MySonicWall account and then the status gets changed to ONLINE. Since we have some issues with registering the analytics on the premises, we are seeing OFFLINE status on MySonicWall. Please ignore this status for now and later…
-
@Ninad94 - Thanks for checking that out. Could you try to re-deploy the analytics file downloading it fresh again? May be something odd with the installation file. Please try and let us know.
-
Hi @NINAD94, Please cross verify the serial number of your analytics in your MySonicWall account and verify if it shows Syslog based of Flow based.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your info @BSTEAGAL. Could you please perform a packet monitor on the firewall during the multiple connection establishment and we can easily trace out the issue at firewall end?
-

Please try playing around with the timeout fields on the access rule between the respective zones. Another best method what I suggest is to check the…

Hi @DAVETAPLEY, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. I tested this on one of my lab firewalls TZ 500 running on 6.5.4.7 firmware version and found that this works. Could you please let me know your firewall model and firmware version?
-
Hi @ROBERT13, Glad to have you on SonicWall Community. Could you please turn OFF the App Control or application firewall that could also block windows update if configured or enabled? Please try and let us know.

You are right again @SEBASTIAN.
