Hi @DJHURT1, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. It is appropriate to use WPA2 EAP for 802.1x authentication. You can add a new VAP and replace it later to the existing APs. This should also work.

Hi @NINAD94, This looks to be me like a GUI regression. One suggestion is to download the TSR and check the LB status in there to confirm this as a regression or bug. Let us know how it goes.

Hi @MIKE11224466, Please try to check for the access rule in WAN to LAN view. The rule must include the service object for port TCP 81. Please have this rule disabled for time being till you perform the scan. Once the scan is done. Please enable the rule back.

Hi @DJHURT1, May be the logging is not enabled for all categories in the SonicWall. Please try performing a packet capture on the SonicWall for the source IP address of the machine from where you are trying to access the webex. This could give you a clue.

@SIMONSCHUCK - The incorrect policy is applied based on the user authentication (if you are using). Are you using user authentication like SSO or ULA on the firewall? If yes, the issue is something related to this.
