  • Hi @EHSAN, We should do packet capture on the SonicWall for Internet traffic to identify the issue with no Internet from X5 and X7 subnets respectively.
  • Hi @EHSAN, Please create a route on the SonicWall to force the X5 and X7 subnets to go online via X1 WAN. The route should look alike below, Source: X5 and X7 subnets Destination: Any Service: Any Gateway: X1 Default Gateway Interface: X1 Metric: 10

  • Hi @ALBERTO, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Have you tried below KB article? There is always an alternate option of using SonicWall Mobile Connect on windows 10 when Netextender causes trouble. The Mobile Connect can be downloaded from Microsoft Windows Store. Hope this helps.
  • Hi @MELORAMA, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. There are two methods by which certificates can be imported on the SonicWall appliance. When you create a CSR on the SonicWall, you should get only file with .p10 extension. You will submit the CSR to the certificate authority like GoDaddy or VeriSign and get the…

  • Hi @MIS_ShopperWorld, If it's an inbound traffic that you are talking about, the failover doesn't happen at the SonicWall. The CC provider itself will need to send traffic on the X2 WAN IP. If its outbound traffic that you are talking about, then we can configure WAN failover in SonicWall which will auto-trigger X2 to…
  • Hi @CHENRIQUE, Thank you for contacting SonicWall Community. The uknown ether type packets stand for traffics that are not standard ones. We may be able to give you the precise answer after taking a look at the packet capture screenshot if you can share it. Please share the screenshot of the complete packet monitor.

  • Hi @EHSAN, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. When you are trying to use transparent mode option, you should be able to choose address object created of type WAN only. If the objects are created of LAN or any other zones, they wont get displayed. This is the expected behavior. Hope this helps.

  • Hi @EHSAN, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Could you please check if there is an outbound NAT policy pertained to X1 WAN for X5 LAN interface? Also, please check for the access rule from LAN to WAN zone. The bridging shouldn't affect the Internet access here in his scenario.
