  • Hi @EHSAN, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Yes, you should be able to accomplish this requirement using NAT policy configuration. • @SEBASTIAN - If its a different deployment than the existing one, you may need to have new set of activation keys and licenses. Two deployments cannot be ran simultaneously with same serial number and auth key respectively.
  • Hi @SEBASTIAN, Please follow the steps listed in the below KB article to ensure the transfer of licenses done properly. If you have already dismantled the existing NSv deployment, you can perform the de-registration of the serial number from MySonicWall or can take help from our Support team to do this. Please let me know…
  • Hi @EHSAN, Only one Transparent mode will be possible based on the primary WAN interface. Lets say X1 as Primary WAN and X2 as Secondary WAN. We can have either X3 or X4 bridged to X1 WAN (Primary WAN) but cannot be bridged to X2 WAN (Secondary WAN). If attempted, you may get error. Hope this clarifies.
  • Hi @GRANT, You should see traffic on the SonicWall when performing packet monitor. Could you please try configuring the packet monitor as below? We are going to capture the website traffic based on its IP address as destination in the packet monitor. Please click on System | Packet Monitor | Configure, - Settings tab:…
  • Hi @HERBALGEORGE, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. We need to run multiple pings from a machine behind SonicWall to machine's default gateway address, WAN's default gateway address and an Internet address (4.2.2.1,etc,.,). Along with the pings running, we have to perform packet capture using Packet Monitor…
  • Hi @EHSAN, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. I guess you are looking to configure inbound access to a local resource via X2 WAN but would like to get the same local resource routed via X1 WAN for outbound Internet access. If this is right, you should have separate NAT policies defined for inbound access and…
  • Hi @EHSAN, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Yes, we can have multiple subnets on the WAN interface. Transparent mode is supported only on the subnet that is configured on the WAN interface. Please refer below KB article and it can give you clear cut info. Hope this helps.
  • Thanks @SEBASTIAN.
  • Hi @SEBASTIAN, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. AFAIK, SonicWall is capable of passing the STP and its various type traffics but firewall itself doesn't support STP as a core feature. Hope this helps.
  • Hi @SEBASTIAN, Good to know that part of the issue is addressed. We really appreciate your efforts. Did you change the polling interval setting on the SSO agent to a different value to address the correct CFS policy not applying issue?
  • Hi @ENZINO78, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. AFAIK, reporting would work on GMS 9.3 for Gen 7 appliances and Management may not work. There is no Gen 7 appliance listed in the GMS 9.3 release notes. Hope this answers.
