Hi @DJHURT1, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. If the non domain clients can resolve domain names using your internal DNS server, then we should perform a packet capture on the SonicWall to trace the DNS and PING traffics. Packet monitor tool on the SonicWall can give us a clue of where the packet drop happens.…

Hi @CLIENT, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Looks like the configuration is built from WAN to LAN for external users to access internal resources. Hi @YUBER_SIERRA, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Could you please once restart the Zero Touch Task from the Firewall's diag page to check if the acquisition takes place?

Hi @EHSAN, Yes, @TKWITS is right. We should perform a packet monitor on the SonicWall to identify the reason for no Internet. If you need any assistance on packer capturing/monitoring, please let us know. You can also contact our Support folks for help as per below web-link.

@TKWITS - Yes, the packet flow logic should also include the CATP and other new security features introduced recently. The packet flow info that I showed above is an exiting one and may be missing the CATP engine mention. But yes, definitely the packets flow via the CATP too.

Hi @DJHURT1, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Yes, you are right. Hi @JUNGLEWIZARD, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Did you get chance to check the setting on the client end as below? Please check the VPN adapter details and ensure proper security setting is configured in it. Also, what does the SonicWall log say?

Hi @ERICKSON_CHAMP, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. I checked the support case and it is progressing. I suspect the app signatures or application takes effect by blocking or allowing. If you can try blocking or allowing MS Teams via App Control and see if the signatures are taking effect? This can help us to…
