what is your printer zone security level? Trust, Public etc... and did you check bi directional access rules?

Hi @dcadint please check Sonicwall Diagnostic tools can you ping on the sonicwall ping tool to print server? does Print server have single ethernet interface? If yes, is the print server windows OS? be sure On the print server firewall closed. and try ping to gateway.

Hi @dmsiT You should delete registery garbage keys to nextender. sometime windows doesnt uninstall correctly. you can use this 3th party tools https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/ or go to start/run/regedit.exe search nextender and delete everything

You need clean install on windows 10. use this tools and uninstall nextender installation. https://www.revouninstaller.com Lates version is here: https://software.sonicwall.com/NetExtender/NetExtender-10.2.315.MSI check your firewall version via mysonicwall account.
