Hi @nibyse if you are using Windows server 2016 and above you must use TSA (4.0.16) and SSO Agent (4.0.25) versions. and tsa agent must access port 2259. please use test tool on sonicwall gui.

Hi @Ralph Anydesk uses extraord,nary ip you cannot find on the dpi-ssl list. You must analyze on the packet capture. I have seen before. I waste a lots of time for anydesk exclution😀

Hi @Larry sorry I misunderstood. Old version had log problem. It didnt show blocked page or objects. You can try packet capture and maybe you catch blcoked side ip. I have seen anydesk problem like this. Logs didnt show any thing. only catched packet capture.

doesnt matter 1gbe support. some times it doesnt work auto negotiation brand to brand. actualy not only sonicwall but I have seen on the Cisco to cisco swtich auto negotiation

Hi @Gentia if you have more thane one ip addresses or subnet on the ipsec vpn tunnel, ipsec have to create tunel for each subnet or ip address object. if subnet isnt use long time tunnel will drop. this is normal

Hi @PaulKuefler , It seems electrical problems. can you check voltage regulation maybe electrical surge? If it is possible plug the everything on UPS.
