@Denning it should apply to any device that's using a CGSS or AGSS subscription. Please keep us posted as to the result.

@Lancorp - sorry, not a clue. If you have some time to waste, you might as well get on a phone call with Support... (As an aside, I just learned that the Feedback button on the right-hand side of the entry page doesn't work - just shows a blank pop-up window. It seems very little of the output from SonicWall is getting…

@Lancorp The only thing I can think of has to do with the options used to create the new file. In Step 5, Export, there is the "Drop default access rules from source device" checkbox. I have not found a reference to that field in any SonicWall documentation, and I do not know what it means, nor what the results are when…

One suggestion to try. Create an Address Object for your CW Control server. Then create a new Address Group, call it "GAV Exclusions Group" and add the new CW Address Object. Go to Security Services and select Gateway Anti-Virus, click Configure Gateway AV Settings. Under the Gateway AV Exclusion List label, clic Enable…

You should follow the instructions in this KB article: Pay particular attention to the dropdown that reads, Select your SonicOS Version. Make certain you chose the "SonicOS 6.2 and earlier" selection.

This thread discusses the latest problem. If you have upgraded and want or need this functionality, please open a ticket. I'm going to guess the more people who indicate they are affected, the faster a fix will be created.

Further review of the internal settings shows in 6.5.4.7-83n and 6.5.4.8-89n there are five (5) instances of the phrase "Secure HTTP" and each one is selected (i.e., checked). In 6.5.4.9-92n there are no instances of the phrase. I suspect there might be other features/functions not operating properly. I'll update my ticket…

I had an open case on another topic, and because the CSR suggested this update would fix the problem, I installed it. I reported that the original problem is still questionable, but this new problem had come up and asked the CSR to open a new case about this yesterday. Of course, she didn't - but it was reported.... Edited…

@Nat - while this latest release may have fixed the random reboots (mine were occurring weekly), unfortunately, as pointed out in another thread, 6.5.4.9 broke the cloud back-ups. Not a good solution.
-
@RussF yes, uncheck it. Can't speak for why SW decided on the default (perhaps it was frequently overlooked and caused significant/major problems).
-
Upgraded to 92n because CSR was "curious" to see if it would fix the weekly reboots. Guess not...

Hmmm, this must be a TZ series "feature" of which I was never aware. All the devices in my fleet have AGSS subscriptions. However, it appears that none of them report on anything except Multimedia. Virus, Intrusions, Spyware - all zero for the past 21 days. Now I'm wondering, what's going on. Is it possible that the Bergen…

The vendor wants a LOT of money for configuration and after looking at the more than 43,000 lines on the TSR, I can understand why. Just to put things in perspective. I have a TZ250W and the TSR is around 40,000 lines. The bulk of that is from the default SW configuration - NOT from my changes. I just received my NFR /…

@Ajishlal - Does this answer your question?
