It seems that there were some changes in SonicOS 7.0.1-5023 on that matter, because it looks to me that finally there is some gzip Encoding on the way. This makes the Experience much more snappier on low bandwidth deployments. The Firmware Upload took 30 Minutes, but it was worth it :) --Michael@BWC

@joelrothschild if you have SonicWall Appliances on both ends, you could setup a VPN Tunnel for that and having routed all Traffic from Vacation Home to your Main Residence. This can be accomplished probably with other equipment as well, but it's pretty straightforward on SNWL. If you like to do it on your own I suggest to…

@ThK that is indeed messed up, I never experienced something similar like that. Do you remember if only thise 50-ish machines caused trouble since 3.6.24? Maybe they have something in common, like a network driver that's not used elsewhere? I'am just fishing here, obviously. --Michael@BWC

Hi @ThK the network interfaces gets disabled because of the PROTECTION & CONTAINMENT OPTION -> Disconnect from Network This should only happen in cause of an Incident. I'am left to only two Endpoints running CC and did not see any Network Trouble so far. Does ist affect all Endpoints or just specific ones? Like specific OS…

These files were added in SentinelOne 21.6 as decoy files for monitoring bad Activities. They are enabled per default and can be disabled in the Threat Protection Policy at Advanced Settings -> Agent Configuration --Michael@BWC

Escalate through your SE, IMHO the best way to speed things up if waiting isn't an option. --Michael@BWC

@JesperB this might be one of the reasons why I don't like to work with many tenants on MSW. You should handle this case with Customer Support or with your local SE. If you cannot see the HA-Appliance in your products listing you might be out of options. --Michael@BWC

We're almost there, Radius C/R got fixed in a developer build I've got, but /spog (Contemporary Mode) got broken in a weird way. SNWL is on it, can't wait for a final release with all of my problems resolved and no new bugs included. --Michael@BWC

It's moving from Internal Settings to the Settings, just another Tease for the Interessted :) Seems like some progress to me. --Michael@BWC

@César_S Capture Client is an Endpoint Security Solution and includes all the bells and whistles. The "Disconnect from Network" Option is located in the Threat Protection, but it does no "Security Heartbeat" if you're looking for something like that. The Network Quarantine in CC is a basic implementation, whenever a Threat…

@Enzino78 if you enable Client DPI-SSL on the Zone where your NetExtender Clients (SMA Appliance) are located any outgoing Client Traffic will be inspected as usual. For the Firewall the NetExtender IP does not look different then any other client. --Michael@BWC

@Thomas_Buergis IMHO there is no such thing like automatic refresh of LDAP Group Membership for authenticated Users through SSO. In my experience I had to logout the user manually via Monitor -> User Sessions -> Active Users to gather the latest Group Membership. --Michael@BWC

The newly released 10.2.0.8 seems to be working OK. I did not checked Portal Access through /spog but it is mentioned as fixed in the Release Notes. So it's the 10.2.1.x branch which causes all the trouble. --Michael@BWC

@Larry +1 no Cloud Backup for me either, yesterday was the last time of a successful backup. Multiple Appliances affected, no Backups for 27th, 28th and 29th. --Michael@BWC

@Broad_Access do you mean urlprotection*.global.sonicwall.com? Sure thing, if this is not available no URL will be accessible until back on. I usually deactivate URL protection because it caused some trouble in the past, can't tell if there was much progress on that front. --Michael@BWC
