Thanks @David W (as always) for the message, I shared my opinion how it got handled to you, maybe you can forward it up the chain, because there is plenty of room for improvement. If there is broader demand for clarification the Community has to speak up and SNWL has to deliver. --Michael@BWC

Hi @EnaBev any word on this? The whole thing leaves a bad impression. It seems that for each region a separate Domain got registered on Sept 4th 2020, sonicurlprotection-(ams|fra|mia|sjl|tko).com. Looking forward to get an explanation. --Michael@BWC

@César_S I did a quick search in the TSR and was not able to gather any information about the available Memory für AppFlows, this might be a good question for @MasterRoshi et al. --Michael@BWC
-
@César_S if the AppFlow Monitor does not show you anything, the events are to far in the past or do you have to much going on that the local Memory for AppFlows on the Appliance is already overwritten. I don't know how muchs space/flows the Appliance can hold for that. But if you need this information for compliance I…

Hi @César_S AFAIK the AppFlow Report does not give you option to drill down. Maybe you could try to use the AppFlow Monitor, select the Tab Threats and show AllFlows, then you set a filter for the specific Threat and have the IP addresses listed at Initiator IPs. Depending on the time of the incident the event might be…

@LittlePD I guess we're talking about HTML5 TerminalServices Bookmark? AFAIK there is no way to have the ESC reassigned. The only option I see here is the native RDP Client, but this might not fit if you need to have it Browser-only. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Rave_Romero12 which Firmware version you're running? I tried to reproduce this with latest 7.0.1-5023 and was not able to put a PortShield to a Bridge-Port, they were not selectable. Maybe this was something "fixed" in a new release because it was not supported. Why not PortShielding to the main port instead of the…

@moonraker (James Bond childhood memories) the Datashet for Gen 7 says: All TZ integrated wireless models can support either 2.4GHz or 5GHz band. For dual-band support, please use SonicWall's wireless access point products Which is somewhat fuzzy, because Dual Radio would be key here to have them both, not Dual Band.…

Yes, 200 concurrent Users, but that a TZ 600 is able to handle this is somewhat hard to believe, but to be honest, I never tried. SMA = Secure Mobile Access, that's another product category from SNWL dedicated for remote access. Like the big and bigger brother of the SSL VPN implementation which can be found on the…

Yes, same goes for SSL VPN, you have currently 2 licensed and upgrade up to 200. At a certain point I would go for a SMA rather than having it on the Firewall, but this is personal preference. --Michael@BWC

@Nat I have to back-paddle a bit, Google Chrome stopped working for me again, ending in a blank page like yours. This was working only for a short period of time. I stick with Firefox for the moment, faster and reliable for that matter. --Michael@BWC

@Sidi070794Telecom check the License Page on your TZ 600, it shows you something like this: Global VPN ClientLicensed 2 Max: 27 Where 2 is the currently license number of Users, and 27 the Maximum. If you don't have access to your TZ you can check with the Datasheet, which shows 25 for that model too. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Nat I completely wiped all Browser Data from Google Chrome on my macOS Endpoint and finally I'am able to login. IMHO I tried to clean all Application Data for that specific site, but this did not do the trick for me. Are you saying 5023 on the slow line isn't giving you anymore improvement? --Michael@BWC
-
Hi @Nat in my case it's way way better. But your blank page got me thinking, because I'am having the same problem in latest Google Chrome on macOS. After submitting the admin credentials the page becomes blank. This only happens on my endpoint with Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari is working fine though. On another…

@joelrothschild the VPN Tunnel (I prefer Tunnel Interface over Site-to-Site) automatically comes back up when the internet connection is available. So connectivity/power outages are not much of a deal here. --Michael@BWC
