@SSI I'am not using NSM, but inside LiveDemo I would guess it's there: --Michael@BWC

@Ingoldsby you have to disable Cloud Id 29060692 in the Cloud AV DB Exclusion settings on the Gateway Anti-Virus page. --Michael@BWC

@RussF for me 7.0.1-5050 is working OK so far, have to sort out some PPPoE multi-wan issues, but did not had any major trouble so far. --Michael@BWC

@Larry isn't it nice that we can still enjoy the little things :) - despite the mess all around. --Michael@BWC

@Larry just another follow-up, all Appliances with the modified Cloud Backup Schedule are working fine, it might be a coincidence, but the random backup gaps are no more at the moment. --Michael@BWC

@jasni26 thanks for confirming my fears :) ... I'll poke around with the NCP retrans then, I wanna avoid a router in front if possible, Double NAT can be nasty and I had all kind of VPN problems in the past with that. It was working just fine with Gen6, if there is a general PPPoE problem in Gen7 it should be addressed…

@hbs_Chris I totally forgot about this thread, but did you got this resolved, because I ran into a similar issue: --Michael@BWC

@Larry don't be so pessimistic, possibilities are boundless. The deployments I have in the field are working OK so far. General installations, nothing fancy. IMHO no DPI-SSL at the moment. --Michael@BWC

@Larry just a short follow-up, since I modified the Backup Schedule all Cloud Backups went through. I can't say if this is a coincidence or a real thing, but worth a shot. Will modify another appliance wich suffers from backup gaps. --Michael@BWC

@Eddy77 I checked my remaining one or two CC installations and do not have this amount of files. These Files are used for tracking threats, related processes and actions. According to the SentinelOne KB if this endpoint is a server it should be purged after a reboot, this does not apply to non-server OS. In the SentinelOne…

Thomas, sometimes I stick pretty long on MSW and can't recall being kicked out. MFA is requested from time to time while logging in, but captchas are really rare, maybe this is something related to cloud.sonicwall.com? It's working for now and I'am able to manage the appliances for my customers which they ordered before…

@dansoa22 shouldn't be the default gw address of your web server 192.168.40.1, because 192.168.0.1 is not part of your X6 subnet. If you're not familiar with that product I suggest you start with the Basics, taking a course or hiring someone. You should tcheck he Knowledge Base for that kind of Firewall 101 questions. This…

@MarkR sounds all reasonable, I wouldn't bother with the System Log, just crank up a Packet-Monitor which might give a hint. --Michael@BWC

@EnaBev thanks for checking back, it was working on Monday morning. A bit of a bummer that it wasn't functioning for the whole weekend, maybe it was some kind of a geological restricted incident and my fellow Europeans laid back at the weekend 🇪🇺 --Michael@BWC

@MarkR if Tribus is identical to the IP where are you connecting from it should work. If you hover over Tribus and "All X1 Management IP" it shows the addresses you expect? Just make sure that traffic to port 8443 reaches your appliance and not get intercepted (Router on X1?). --Michael@BWC
