@MarkR you modified the WAN-WAN Rule for HTTPS Management to your X1 IP? This usually works as expected when you have your external (WAN) IP address used as source for that rule. That's a standard deployment I used in the hundreds. You should crank up a Packet-Monitor for Port 8443 and see what and why it gets dropped.…

@MitatOnge 1000 != 100, @Enzino78 was looking for advice regards to SMA 500v. I cannot add anything to that, but needed to point out that @Enzino78 is looking for real experience on that and not just vendor recommendations. Maybe someone else is running a SMA 500v on Azure who can chime in. --Michael@BWC

@julian1 if it is possible to put all to be excluded devices in an IP range (via DHCP or statically) I would go for that and exclude the range. There is IMHO no automatic way to exclude certain devices at a whole. --Michael@BWC

Just in case anybody cares (what I begin to doubt), I've got an update to my ticket after 2 months: Issue is under review by devs. I'll leave it to that and see what happens --Michael@BWC

Hi @Larry yes indeed I have ARS enabled on that device, I don't really need it (maybe was playing with it a while back) so I disabled it and see if it changes anything. Weirdly that ARS is tinkering with BWM settings, but who I'am to judge. While searching for ifWalkCb it's a bit odd that the article came up, because…

@tejasshenai does the CPU utilization goes down when you unplug X0 (assuming this is your internal network)? This might be adressed in 6.5.4.9-93n, I believe that I read something about load issues in the Release Notes. I had a similar case a while back when there was a network loop in the internal network (customer…

MSW is back. @Ajishlal mysonicwall.com is still running with a GoDaddy Cert for me, you might be connected to a different host. --Michael@BWC
-
@Ajishlal you might be redirected to another host, the certs provided while trying to access mysonicwall.com are all valid for me, I guess it all comes down to this 502 from CloudFront. I already opened a Ticket on this, but it seems it's of no importance. --Michael@BWC

Login on https://cloud.sonicwall.com is working fine, but I cannot switch over to MySonicWall from CSC, MSW is always blank. --Michael@BWC

@Larry I'am not 100% certain about the situation, but most of the appliances are working correct. A few appliances having gaps for the automatic (you know, when it happens without clicking something manually) backup, will try to alter the Cloud Backup Schedule to see if it's related to the time window somehow. --Michael@BWC

@JuanjoXenon is this what you're looking for? DPI-SSL needs to be enabled when HTTPS is involved. --Michael@BWC

@fabybaruz I never saw this, but I might can look into this because this seems serious. We're talking about Tunnel Interfaces which are bound to X1 and X2 for example? Did you checked the System log what happens when one line is going down? --Michael@BWC
-
@fmadia if we are talking SNWL-to-SNWL or any other remote side which support Tunnel Interfaces we're golden, but for the others we're stuck. I try to find the patience to handle this with support. --Michael@BWC

@ckelly it's a bit fishing in the dark, but do you have any GeoIP Policy enforced back in the US which might block Switzerland? Can you access via Browser to your VPN which might show you some messages, at least a web page should show up? I guess the Sunrise Router does not block certain ports (e.g. SSL-VPN on Port 4443)…
