Hi @djhurt1 as @Halon5 mentioned FLB (Failover & Load-Balancing) is pretty good, in your case a Switch with two seperate VLANs (WAN1 & WAN2) attached to your SonicWall Appliances (e.g. X1 (WAN1) & X2 (WAN2)) should do the trick. If your routers have a built-in switch you're good as well. But you need Network Probes to have…

Manage -> Log Settings -> Name Resolution could be something else to look into, I always prefer to have the Name Resolution Method set to None. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Halon5, I experienced the touble in the management interface. The login to LocalDomain took very long and for an unknown reason some pages did not came up, I restarted the appliance and now the management interface is working again. I don't know if this was an isolated incident or part of a broader problem. I did not…

Hi @tweeprise , do you have "Enable Bing Force Safe Search" enabled in your CFS Profile (Advanced Tab) ... this is probably it. --Michael@BWC

Hi @bmil does this KB-article cover your problem? Just get sure you get the really latest version of NetExtender, which is not in the NetExtender section, the SMA 100 series section is the best spot for this, just check the latest firmware versions and you'll find the latest NetExtender as well. Maybe you have to scrape…

Hi @eol_sonicwall , when I saw the pooping bird the first time I was confused as well, but having a Login Message (and enabling Display custom login page) will get you away from this feathered distraction. I'am having some HTML code in the Login Message to spice things up, but it's limited. HTML code in the Portal Banner…

Hi @RICH, according to the datasheet of the NSA 4600, the limit is 256 virtual interfaces. Technical documentation can be found here: https://www.sonicwall.com/support. You should check the High Availability Status of the appliances to get sure they are in sync. --Michael@BWC

Hi @eol_sonicwall , I don't believe you can, it's even worse that if you have multiple domains on a portal they are not sorted alphabetically. Some of my complains can be found here: Having a default domain seems to be a good idea for some scenarios. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Halon5, I'am running 10.0.6 on a few deployments, but always on my appliance first to be sure to advice for or against an update to my customers. ToC does not seem to be rock-solid, on one deployment I'am struggling with exclusions, they don't work, or only work in part, it's annoying but IMHO already addressed in an…

Hi @Halon5, I had ToC disabled (which does not seem to be involved in the DUP), but enabled to check. Indeed the graphs were empty on my appliance as well, I switched to table view, set the time to 30 days, switched back to line chart and now the graphs show up correctly. --Michael@BWC

Hi @viralsadhu, you have to check with your Sales rep, I guess the easy way of getting a trial was abused. I already covered this here: --Michael@BWC

Hi @Amir_Zakaria, what do you need? Can you see any messages from the NSA at your SD-Monitor Host? Do you have the Categories selected under Manage -> Logs & Reporting -> Base Setup. Do you see the needed information in the event log (Investigate), is the Logging Level set to the correct severity? --Michael@BWC
-
Hi @Amir_Zakaria, how do you log your events currently from your NSA? The information you need could be provided via syslog, not sure if CSC will be helpful for that matter. I would have a look at categories Users and SSL VPN. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Simon, I'll take the approach to see if more of the community feels the pain, because neither opening a support case for this or asking the sales (which usually ends in the question how much more appliance I would sell if it gets implemented) is currently what I need. When there is some feedback on this I'll go the…

Hi @Den, if you're running a current firmware you should be able to accomplish this very easily just by setting the Priority in the specific rule to manual and give a number to put in the right place, 1 for highest. Or just click on the arrows in the Priority column which does the same. The other rules in your zone should…
