I'll take a pass, because they broke LDAP for me (Zimbra), until this gets fixed any update higher than 10.0.6 is useless for me :( Is it downloadable in your account? I saw it in the notifications, but no download for my ESA 5000, still 10.0.8. --Michael@BWC

@kthor that's a valid question about SRA/SMA, not sure how far the similarties are internally. What I noticed, that the build date of 6.5.4.7-79n is Aug 22nd, that must be a heck of an internal review until it got released more then one month later. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Ajishlal the Releases Note of 5.9.2.13 mentioned it's an update for 5.9.1.13 and the 5.9.2.7 mentioned the same for 5.9.1.7. It's weird, but you probably should go with 5.9.2.13 which seems to be the direct successor of 5.9.1.13. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Chathura_Yapa1 is this unit connected to NSM/CSC, it probably just lost connectivity to the central management? Check in there if it's still marked as down. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Ajishlal I digged on my graveyard and updated a SOHO from 5.9.1.3 to 5.9.2.13, it became SonicWall branded. Then I downgraded to 5.9.2.7 and it became DELL branded. As @Halon5 mentioned, it's very confusing from a customer point of view having multiple releases, there should be just a single latest firmware. It's ok if…

Hi @Ajishlal I'll check tomorrow when I'am back at the office, I guess I have an old SOHO sitting around somewhere. What firmware was installed before? Was it DELL branded or already with the SNWL logos? If it was DELL branded, maybe the firmware upgrade did not came with the new image files, just a wild guess.…

That's why I mentioned NSA 3500, a silverish Gen5 box :) --Michael@BWC

Hi @Ajishlal it may not affect all units, I still have a NSA 3500 floating around and it constantly shows the SonicWall logo. Just in case, did you cleared the browser cache and tried another browser? Maybe the development team pulled back some resources from the repository to address the issues found <just kidding>.…

Hi @Otown in my understanding everything is affected listed here (including earlier releases): SonicOS 6.5.4.7-79n and earlier SonicOS 6.5.1.11-4n and earlier SonicOS 6.0.5.3-93o and earlier SonicOSv 6.5.4.4-44v-21-794 and earlier SonicOS 7.0.0.0-1 And it's fixed with these releases (and later). SonicOS 6.5.4.7-83n SonicOS…

Hi @ThK, according to the information on PSIRT it is fixed with: SonicOS 6.5.4.7-83n SonicOS 6.5.1.12-1n SonicOS 6.0.5.3-94o SonicOS 6.5.4.v-21s-987 Gen 7 7.0.0.0-2 and onwards Someone at SNWL should verify, I'am not sure if we get further information how it's actually done. --Michael@BWC

Hi @giorgiobiondi I cannot help you in that specific case, but "Internal Server Errors" are all over the place in CSC/NSM and come and go. I'am feeling a severe form of reporting fatigue and went over to just try at a later point in time. I'am done at the moment with CSC/NSM because since doing a simple firmware upgrade…

Hi @manicaps1 I'am not aware of any migration tool and I highly doubt that something like this exists, because both products are totally different from the inside. Aventail (SRA EX, SMA 1000-series) is much more flexible, but needs more work to fly. SMA 100-series is a bang for the buck. --Michael@BWC

Hi @BillB I checked with my NSA 2650 and having no trouble rebooting, it's probably a client specific issue, you could try to restart via ssh if you cannot get it to work on other machines as well. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Halon5 ja I saw that in the Release Notes, gladly I did not do any port shielding on NSA, TZ only. Have to check if DPI-SSL acts more reliable now. No further problems so far but time will tell. --Michael@BWC

Hi guys, today I had a blast from the past, SonicWallEnforcementService went to steady 200% (2 Cores), stuck in the state of "Connecting" and complaing that Threat Protection was not running. I had connectivity issues to WAN around the time when I started my system, which shows in a couple of resolving and connecting…
