Hi @assinfo you're running a Gen5 Appliance? It was optional back then. But you're blocking a group of services for any destination address, which smells like conflict. I'am actually confused what you try to accomplish, because it seems different from what I thought it was in my first post. --Michael@BWC

Hi @assinfo you blocked the traffic to the IP via Firewall Rule? The Website you need to reach is hosted at this IP? I think you cannot do this by Firewall Rule, but Access rule. You need two Match objects, one for the Website-Host and one for anything else, two App Rules, the first allows the Website and the other one…

Hi @Chris, should this 2FA behaviour back from March be fixed? My MSW account is not protected by 2FA but I have to provide the OTP when logging into the community. But I do not receive any code without hitting the resend code button. Just a glitch. --Michael@BWC

You can probably forget about this, because it seems to be related to this: I deleted the scheduled task for the failing firmware update, but it's still executing, WTF? Can't find my delete action in the console log of CSC-MA for yesterday, gave it another shot, fingers crossed for tomorrow. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Darshan yesterday a Virus-6 got reported, it seems that not all signatures are loaded into my instance of CSC. Or maybe there are no more names left for Viruses :) --Michael@BWC

Good Morning all, as usual it's a bug introduced with the latest hotfix. Don't know why SonicWall is always killing radius authentication for no reason, first on 100-series and now on 1000-series as well, I smell conspiracy againt radius 🤨. I know it's a complex system, yada yada yada. Plain 12.4 without hotfixes was the…

Hi guys, it took a while, in the meantime CSC is shwoing real Threat-Names. It was similar to a problem on on-premise, it felt like the system was not aware of the signatures and loaded this information over time. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Micah that looks real promising, thanks for taking care on this. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Larry you're right, thats the way to go. Which leaves me wondering if this was the way I used to go in the past, getting old is no fun. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Larry do you have the "New message" option when you click on the envelope (messages)? I had it in the past, but it's now gone. Hopefully I hit the threshold to get the needed member level. --Michael@BWC

Hi Steph, it seems that creating new private messages are no longer an option at this moment, only answers to existing message are possible. I would like to have this back as well, because it's a great way to exchange off-screen with fellow users. --Michael@BWC

Hi @JoseD technically it should be possible, because you can re-sync the settings from the appliance back to NSM. I prefer to work on the appliance, because CSC/NSM can be darn slow. But in my experience it's a desaster (so far). I wasn't able to get NSM and physical appliance in sync properly. Started all over, but did…

Hi @Simon thanks for the feedback, it's somewhat sobering that it takes 6+ months to get this addressed properly. Looking forward for the next updates. --Michael@BWC

Hi @DerekYu one customer reported today a "Internal Server Error" message when trying to login with radius and OTP (C/R). It's all working great in classic mode, but /spog is a mess. Are there still problems open which will be addressed in 10.2.1.0 and what's the ETA on that? --Michael@BWC

Hi @FabrizPell yep, you cannot install SentinelOne Agent 4.x on macOS 10.12. Release Notes were sometimes confusing, latest CC can be installed, but not the S1 components. --Michael@BWC
