Hi @MikeBMiller, Please check the Server Gateway IP & make sure its SW IP as well as the DNS. Next do the Tracerout in server and it will display the routes. For example open the command prompt and run "tracert 8.8.8.8".

Hi @mrshahin, As per your screenshot, you mistakenly selected the "Local Backup Firmware Version for booting" Instead that you would have to select the "Current Firmware version" and you can see the both option with current configuration and factory default configuration.
