Hi @johnnyz Update the TZ400 Firmware to latest and try to do the LE renewal or debug test. If its possible share us with your Firewall rules for the webserver.

Hi @johnnyz Make sure the port 80 & 443 is enabled on the webserver and accessible in public. Since lets encrypt validation is handled automatically either one of those ports are required for the renewal. Also I can see that the certificate on the subjected domain is renewed.

Hi @johnnyz For renewing the Lets Encrypts certificates required TCP port 80 access. So for renewing purpose open the port 80 to your webserver.

Hi @César_S Make sure your DNS configuration in sonicwall is correct as well as ISP. One more thing check the ISP is added into the Failover & LB group.

Hi @NeilCarter Have you tried NetExtender? If you install GVC, just uninstall and try either mobile connect or NetExtender. NB: Make sure to update the latest Firmware

Hi @Darshil Check your SNMP configuration is correct in SonicWall as well as check the PRTG hosted system can be reach the Firewall. I used PRTG sensor for "SonicWall System Health" & its working fine.

@Larry My all sonicwaves are controlled by WNM not by Firewall. I just using firewall for DHCP service.

Hi @Larry Initially i was configured the sonicwave units with same (LAN) client DHCP subnet and not reserved IP for the Sonicwave units so always I am getting the same issue what you explained above and there is no logs about the issue and support dont have any clear explanation for the issue. Finally I segregated the WIFI…
