Hi @LeslieM Make sure your printer network configuration is same as end users network. Such as Gateway, subnet mask etc. If Sonicwall handling the DHCP, make sure the Printer IP is excluded from the DHCP pool. (Make sure printer IP is not assigned to any other device)
