Hi @swatig The issue due to either your ISP modem / provider is blocking the VPN legacy port and I assume you are using the Global VPN Client. So my recommendation is to use the SonicWALL NetExtender (SSL VPN) to avoid the issue. Download Link; Before Installing, coordinate with your Firewall support team.

Hi @RussF Follow the below KB; I experienced few issues like PPPoE passwords are not migrated & VPN related issues faced. As per my recommendation, After the Firewall migration, go through the all security policies and compare it and confirm both are matching before applying to the production environment.

Either its not communicating properly to the Server since you are not specified the ports in Firewall (ACL & NAT). So recommended to create proper NAT & Firewall Rule for the webserver.

Hi @Mejo Check the end point system enabled windows firewall or AV firewall service. If its enabled, disable those services and try.

Hi @Fabrice87 I am also faced the same issue and i upgrade the hotfix, the issue has been resolved. After the hotfix installation, you will get an option choose your timezone in your Analyics dashboard. For upgrading the hotfix; Navigate to the "Console --> Appliance -->Settings"
