@Larry Same thought. All units are in production environment at least they should give us a notification/alert for the WNM update. If somthing went wrong who can do the roll-back?

you are absolutely right. due to this price hike, now I am start using other vendor products (enterprise AP with free Cloud controller) and those units not required any subscription.

@tebe13 are you pointed all public IP in same WAN interface or different? If it's different, please check the PING service enabled on that particular WAN interface which is not pinging.
