Hello @Tom, The VPN clients get IP from the same pool but the access of the users is configured using the VPN access on the user level. So, basically they connect to the same firewall, get IP from the same pool but would have different access privileges based on the username/password they use while connecting. Please have…

Yes, @Den. Please open a support case as we need to perform further investigation and find the root cause. Use the following to contact SonicWall support. Thanks!

@Sliderhome, I can't think of a situation where it would do that. Are you seeing this grayed out on other interfaces too? Thanks!

You are absolutely right! @mrshahin

@Sliderhome , Which interface are you trying this for? Also, which firewall model are you using?

Hello @Sliderhome, SonicWall uses LLDP (Link Layer Discovery Protocol) for auto-discovery of SonicWall switches. Unfortunately, we cannot use the same for Dell switches. Here is a complete deployment guide for your reference. I hope that helps! Thanks!

So, if you don't have any Android VPN users, it should be fine. If you don't have any pending issues or already running on a HF version…

So, it would be good to hold off the upgrade for now if you are managing Dell switches through the SonicWall. I would just like…

Hello @LiLiwei , Is this happening after an upgrade to 3.0.11 version? Is it taking place on all VMs? I don't see anything reported yet. But this can be best addressed by the SonicWall support team. Thanks!
