@Mitch, The default username/password should be admin/password respectively. Thanks!

Hello @BrianW, This seems rather odd. I have not seen something like this in the past and could neither find any reported issues. Are you connecting to a firewall or SMA using NetExtender? Also what version of NetExtender are you using? This could be something related to an old driver. Could you please test with the latest…

Hello @yadnikhil, Our signature databases get updated regularly and all hosted on the internet. The best practices for security services remain same across all firmwares. We had some significant work done related to DPI SSL in the latest release 6.5.4.6. But I abide by the following KB which has proven to be the best guide…

Hello @yadnikhil, We support 2FA using RSA RADIUS token as given in the KB below. Microsoft authenticator application is a TOTP (Time based OTP) which is only available for SSLVPN at the moment. Thanks!

Sure, keep us posted!

@mrshahin, Yes, we should see that once it starts to broadcast the SSID. Are you still unable to see the SonicPoint on the firewall UI at MANAGE | Access Points | Base Settings and select the SonicWave Objects tab? Thanks!
-
@mrshahin, I think the SonicPoint is not yet provisioned correctly. You should be able to see the SonicPointN provisioned and in operational state on the MANAGE | Access Points | Base Settings and select the SonicWave Objects tab. If you do not see that yet, it means there could be connectivity/provisioning issue. Also,…

@MartinDT, So, we do not have anything requested as such just yet. I will file this as a feedback which will in turn go to the PM team. I will keep you posted on this. Thanks for sharing this with us so that we can see what can be done for this situation. Thanks!

@Mitch, Just click on the 'Boot current firmware' button so that it boots up. It should come back after a minute or so and then you should be able to configure it. Thanks!

@Mitch, No worries, I am here to help and can answer any doubts you have. So, basically when I say SonicWall does not support standalone mode, it means that SonicWall support might not assist you if you run into any problems. But, that does not mean it is not possible to use it in standalone. Yes, you can configure a PC…

@TomChou, That can be best answered by a customer service representative. Please use the following link to get in touch with them. Thanks!

Hello @Mitch, Welcome to SonicWall community. SonicWall does not support the wireless access points in standalone mode, but they can certainly function without a firewall. Here are some links that can help you set it up. Thanks!
-
Hello @mrshahin, You can navigate to MANAGE | Access Points | Base Settings and select the SonicWave Provisioning Profiles tab to see the default ones and add custom profiles. Are you unable to find those? Also, the link you have mentioned earlier is the right one to set this up. Thanks!

@MartinDT, None that I am aware of but let me check some more. Also, just to understand this better, you are looking for a way to use SSO agent that not only finds the username of the Windows workstations but do something similar for Chrome OS as well? Thanks!
