Hello @davetapley, Unfortunately on Gen 6 appliances, the API support is partial. I think exporting the settings file is not supported using API. Please take a look at the API reference guide for the same. It has examples on the supported calls. Thanks!

Hello @asiddiqui, I have forwarded this information to the concerned team. I will update you as soon as I hear back from them. Thanks for bringing this to our notice. Thanks!

Perfect! Have a good one!

Hello @Nat, I tested this on a TZ 500W and it worked as expected for me. There is a small mistake in the JSON. Please use "group" instead of "name" in the destination address field. Thanks!

@HIS_Daniel, It would be best to go with Option 1 as suggested by @BWC. The common name might change or there might be dependencies on other common names, so it would be ideal to exclude the address object. Thanks!

Hello @J_de_Haan_2020, Welcome to SonicWall community. We would need to verify what feature on the firewall could be blocking that functionality. I would certainly suggest excluding the IP of the TV from CFS and then testing. If that does not help, kindly perform a packet capture and check for any dropped packets from that…

Hello @BGMRob, Have you created a separate address group that contains the Microsoft URLs in question? If yes, please use that group in the source field of the access rule and also in the Original source field of the NAT rule. With that, it will forward the HTTPS traffic when being sent from those Microsoft URLs to the CTA…

Hello @Tomf1ve, It is essential to be on 6.5.4.7-83n due to vulnerability CVE-2020-5135 and this can be direct upgrade from 6.5.1.3 to 6.5.4.7. Please take a look at the known issues section of the release notes of this new firmware version. Also, please take necessary backup of your settings before performing an upgrade.…

Hello @Nick_S, Welcome to SonicWall community. If you are using an L3 switch on X0:V55, you would need the following on the SonicWall. 1) A VLAN sub-interface with VLAN ID 55 and IP on the same subnet as the switch 2) Static routes that say 10.10.20.0/24 and 10.10.80.0/24 can be reached via gateway 10.10.56.6 On the switch…

@SonicAdmin80, If this is taking place due to settings corruption, there is a chance that this problem will occur after settings import on TZ 670. So, if you could confirm after upgrading, that would provide more clarity. I couldn't find any reported issues where the device goes to factory default settings after a restart.…

Hello @SonicAdmin80, There were some reported issues earlier where the DHCP settings and VPN configurations were lost. But, both of them are fixed on the latest release. Please have a settings backup done and upgrade to 6.5.4.7-83n. After that check if you are running into this issue again. Thanks!

Hello @JAlkazian, Please make sure that the SSLVPN is configured correctly on the firewall. Also, the user that you are testing with should be part of SSLVPN Services group to have proper access to network resources. Thanks!

@AlanH, I verified this on a TZ 570P and the behavior is the same. You can have only one DMZ interface in transparent mode with primary WAN. The other interface can be in DMZ zone but would need to be on a different IP scheme and port forwarding can be configured for the same from secondary WAN subnet IP addresses. Thanks!

Hello @AlanH, Welcome to SonicWall Community. You can certainly have two interfaces in DMZ zone, but they both cannot be transparent mode. The transparent mode will only work with the primary WAN connection as you need to choose a DMZ transparent range from the same subnet. You can have the other DMZ set with the private…
