Hello @bobby_d, 3600 and 1800 are very low lifetimes at least for phase 1 set ups. I would suggest to use the default value 28800 on both ends. Also, please make sure that either the SonicWall or AWS is the initiator and not both. Thanks!
-
Hello @bobby_d , Kindly set the phase 1 and phase 2 lifetimes on the SonicWall as set on the AWS end. Most probably the new keys are generated sooner on AWS end and not on the firewall due to mismatch in lifetime. Thanks!

Perfect. Glad that it all worked out.

Hello @Edu, Welcome to SonicWall community. Once you are in Read-Only mode on GUI, SSH to the device and then enter the following command "enableRadioCfg" and then exit out of SSH. Then refresh the GUI and then you will be able to make changes. I hope this helps! Thanks!

Hello @alexander, You can find that from MANAGE | VPN | Base Settings page. I am checking it on a TZ 500W and see that it is 25. I think it should be around 1000 for a NSA 3600. Thanks!

Hello @proberts, That option is to basically provide backward compatibility with older GVC clients if any. Thanks!

No problem. Glad I could help!

@LGIT, Looks like the default built-in VAP and Group has been renamed. So, what you are seeing is right, these cannot be deleted and can only be edited. Thanks!
-
Could you please share a screenshot of what VAPs are present inside the Group? Are the individual VAPs also greyed out? By default one VAP and one VAP Group is present on the firewall for built-in wireless. Are you seeing that the custom ones are not even showing a delete option? Thanks!
-
Perfect @RhuanBarreto. Glad I could help.
-
Hello @proberts, Please try to disable the following option under WANGroup VPN settings and then test it out. Thanks!
-
Hello @LGIT, Welcome to SonicWall community. Could you please check if the VAP Group is still applied to the WLAN interface or radio? If yes, could you please remove them and then try to delete the VAP Group? Thanks!

Hello @Michal, You can turn ON this license from mysonicwall account. It is available for free on all Gen 6 appliances. But, it is not just a matter of enabling a checkbox and comes with its own set of prerequisites. Kindly go through the KB articles below for more information on the same. Thank you!

Hello, This is the update that I received from the backend team. Our GVC installer is created as a RarSFX – which is a form known to be used by malware – hence some AV engine (likely via some ML or heuristic logic) are erroneously detecting it as malware. But again – our GVC installer…
