@BobAlston, How are you connecting to the remote PC? Is there an existing VPN? SonicWall enables you to have connectivity, mapping the drivers will automatically work if the access is allowed. Thanks!

@Destavener , Could you please let us know, if you're mapping the profiles using the IP addresses of the client machines or usernames using ULA or SSO? Also, could you please share the priority of the CFS policies itself? Thanks!

@TedSter, I understand. Since we are not seeing any traffic on the firewall, I am not sure how we should proceed. I would suggest reaching our Technical Support team so that they can assist you in real-time. Thanks!

So, you are sending ping and RDP traffic but don't see anything on the SonicWall? Looks like this needs some real-time troubleshooting.

@TedSter, Are you testing from the source computer with IP: 192.168.97.1 or is that the IP of the SonicWall? Could you please remove that source IP address and just use the destination field? Thanks!

If you do not know the username/password and also do not have the EXP file, then you might need to reset the firewall and re-configure it from scratch. I would suggest please check if there are any link issues (physical connectivity) first and if not you might need to…

@SWuservpn, The VLAN ID 2 is an internal VLAN that SonicWall uses to distinguish L2 traffic on X0. So, all the VLANs that are internal should not be configured on the switches. You can use any VLANs above 30 to be safe. Are you trying to create some kind of Etherchannel or link aggregation or just trying to have each…

@cameron_chapman, Welcome to the SonicWall community. Kindly inform them to create a numbered tunnel interface route-based VPN. Also, mention the phase 1 and phase 2 proposals along with the passphrase, VPN peer address, and the network IDs. So, basically, they need to use 169.254.123.216/30 as the tunnel interface IP and…

@Chirag, Are you trying to add this under Allowed Websites or some other place? Also, what error message do you see when you try to add the wildcard entry? Thanks!

Hello @AronS, Welcome to the SonicWall community. I could not find any reported issues specific to this for Gen 5 devices. I would suggest reaching out to our Support team so that we can perform some packet captures and find out the root cause of this problem. Thanks!
