I have (somewhat the opposite) problems using Firefox 89 on Win10 20H2. For instance, I launch CSC via MySonicwall.com \ Services \ Available Services and enter a tenant NSM. Then I use the down arrow menu (along the top) to enter a different tenant NSM and it wants to open a new browser window (which Firefox is set to…

I've made it a habit to email and update notes on a case because I'm never sure which one the assigned tech reads. I still never see my emails in the case notes... Another thing Sonicwall has not announced but has changed is that firmware downloads are being moved out of the Download Center! Why do I have to open a ticket…

What GVC version? What Windows 10 version? You have provided very little information.

If the option to use cloud for management is greyed out are you sure you have NSM licensing? In MySonicwall \ My Workspace \ Tenant Products locate the device in question and click on its serial number. Check the Licenses tab that NSM Essential or NSM Advanced have product expiry dates. If not you can start a trial. Go…

I have the same issue. I also cannot see TZ 570 listed in my Download Center page even though I have more than 5 registered.

did you see this thread? or this? https://community.sonicwall.com/technology-and-support/discussion/comment/9313

'i wanted to have both run together rather than one and then a failover' You need a stack to have two switches 'run together'. I do not believe you will be able to accomplish your goal with the equipment you have. Follow me (I am basing this on 1Gbps interfaces): You have two NICs from the server 'teamed' to the first…

Any automatic configuration is a luxury, and was not automatic. Some one some where configured something to provide it. Anyways, if the point of the Sonicwall is simply inbound IPv4 NATs you do not need to create the static arp entry. You just have to create the NAT and open the firewall via Access Rules. See:

The more you know. Still not sure why you'd do this but to each their own.

This is expected behavior and is pretty much networking 101. If an IP address is not in use on a network you won't be able to 'see' it either via ping or ARP. Using your example, we have the WAN interface configured with X.X.109.217 /29 with the gateway being X.X.109.222. .217 and .222 are the only IP addresses in use on…

Sonicwalls Mobile Connect is just their UWP SSL VPN client. NetExtender is the traditional executable. They both function the same but look different.

My guess is you are missing the correct firewall identifier in the IPSec config. That is why 'changing the MAC address' allowed it to work. You'll need to update the older firewall tunnel config with the new firewall identifier (MAC address). In my experience it's rare that tunnels are configured based on the firewall…

If a port is not "up-up" (physically and logically up) it will not respond to management requests. This is logically correct and by design.
-
I should've asked in my previous response, but I am guessing the answer is no. Are the switches stacked / stackable?

Are you using a single NSA3600 or a High Availability pair?
