Open a support ticket.

Are the firmwares up to date on both the firewall and switch? I had little luck with this about a year ago with old firmwares and gave up for this reason. Standalone seemed to be the best way to manage them. Open a support ticket and harass them. If its not working the way its advertised they need to be held accountable.

This was previously discussed here (search the forums first) There should be no reason why you can't.

There MIGHT be a way to do it using L2 bridging to the W0 interface but I'm gonna doubt it's worth bothering trying.

@RodPena This command does not work on a TZ 570 firewall. The only references to 'openssl' in a tech support report are Application Signatures. So the question remains.

Have you tried using the switch in standalone mode (i.e. NOT controlled by the firewall)?

I dont think she works for Sonicwall anymore. Anyways, Sonicwall W model firewalls cannot be turned into 'just an AP' AFAIK. It's not like a home device (netgear, linksys, etc.) that is based on OpenWRT that has the capabilities to do that. I doubt Sonicwall ever considered anyone would want to do this, and thus did not…

Great find! Not surprised though, GNU/Linux support is not many companies strong suit. I gave up on the GUI because of this, ended up relying on the CLI. It sounds like the workaround would be to create /usr/lib64 and copy the .so and .jar files from /usr/lib. I'll have to give it a try.

I've seen similar degradation on a 3650 with similar numbers of SSLVPN users during peak COVID. How are the components of 5650 handling that many users (CPU / RAM usage)? Are you running any security services? Usual stuff.

It's fairly obvious what to do with the information. What one setting did you change? Does the issue continue if the setting is changed back to it's original value? Do other users without that setting have the same issue? This is basic troubleshooting. Pick a variable, change it, see what happens, revert the variable, see…

To answer your question, no exporting does not remove them. I linked the article so you know the registry key(s) to look under. You have to delete the appropriate Profile keys.
-
Have you cleaned them out of the registry?

The Resolved list is good as it corrects a number of issues mentioned here on the forum. Known Issues list is always more interesting. "GEN7-35285 The packet monitor drop-down packet details may display information that is not related to the packet. GEN7-35640 Traffic is not distributed as expected after a failover when…

I can. This is 'agile' development. But to label it as a resolved issue, that's 'boundless'!
