A quick look at the switch datasheet doesn't show the switches support stacking, so if you are intending to do a LAG from the server to both switches it won't work.

The other thing to check is if the VPN tunnel is assigned to a specific WAN interface, or the WAN zone. VPN Settings \ Advanced tab.

It's not that they aren't willing, it's an oversight like most other things. If you are using the Chromium-based Edge it should work. But ya know, web standards, who need's em.

Personally I think anything below a 570 is worthless since they are probably dual-core. There have been many complaints on the forums about performance on 270's and 370's. I would only put those in at offices with <10 users, if at all. Not surprised they are Octeon's, thats what Sonicwall has been using for years. I doubt…

Support will probably just make you generate a new CSR with new private on the GUI. They are too eager to do things according to the book. Many times I've questioned what they were doing during a remote session and have had to tell them to stop. Is your keyfile the correct format? Are you passing the correct format(s) as a…

This is really more of an openssl question than Sonicwall specific.

Does rolling back the SMA firmware resolve the issue? Besides upgrading the firmware did you upgrade the SSLVPN client software?

These types of practices are annoying... One day a week, must be nice... What have you tried so we don't duplicate ideas? Clearly you're not running the latest firmware.

@Sam_Smith beat me to it... this is actually well documented. My suggestion would be run a packet capture on the interface with no other filtering, review the VLAN tags on the packets, and yell at the Cisco fools. Wouldn't be my first time yelling at them for getting things wrong.

FWIW, here are some details on reloading a 'wiped' device from USB. It is just running a custom flavor of GNU/Linux...
-
It sounds like you 'wiped' the device, not a factory default. Seems like you'll have to open a support case to obtain the needed files...

Is the CLI or safemode accessible?

If you aren't on the latest firmware version you should upgrade ASAP. SonicOS 7 early versions were terrible, I agree, but it has become much more stable over the past year. That said, I have not tried to install a different OS on these devices. My guess is Sonicwall put protections in place to prevent that. Coming from…

Note, both external DNS lookups and internal reverse lookups performed via the Diagnostics page are successful.

I've never run into this, but note I do not allow users to change their passwords through the Sonicwall. Might be time to open a ticket with support.
