Thanks @NETWORK_ADMIN.

Hi @EVANMANDEL, I'm not seeing any similar issues that are reported to us previously. Possibly, could you please restart the firewall once and check the SonicWall access? If the issue persists, please approach our support team to report the issue.

Hi @NETWORK_ADMIN, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. The error message "OSPF:RECV[] - Cannot find ingress network match" sounds to me like there is a network mismatch between either the physical interfaces or VLAN interfaces between the neighbors. My suggestion is to perform a packet monitor on the SonicWall for…

Hi @AJISHLAL, I have checked this on my lab firewall NSA 4500 and couldn't see this issue. All pretty normal. Please make sure you try different browsers when the issue happens. Also the SSH access to the firewall at the time of issue.

Hi @ENZINO78, The best method is to make the GVC users to get IP address from a different subnet other than the local subnets. This feature can be used by utilizing GVC relay. Please find below KB article on the same. Have a good one!!!

Hi @ENZINO78, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. The error is obvious if you are trying to use VPN DHCP Clients that points 0.0.0.0 address. Please create a custom address object for the GVC client IP range and select it in the From field on the IP helper policy. This way the error can be eliminated. Hope this…

Hi @samaj, We do not have app control signatures for gaana and Wynk I guess. So, we'll have to to use CFS on the SonicWall to block these music websites/apps or perform a packet capture on the SonicWall by sending these website traffics via it and find the pattern of the traffic, finally create an app rule for precise…

Hi @samaj, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. You can use CFS, App Control and App rules to block social websites. Below is one that can give you YouTube blocking using app control feature. Hi @MIKE11224466, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. Seems like the PCI scan is failing for your camera on port TCP 81 since the port is opened on the firewall. The firewall will pass the traffic on TCP 81 to the camera. This scan failure needs to be fixed at the camera side. There should be some setting on the…

@BWC - Are you not seeing Source MAC on the dropped packet? If any difficulties, I would recommend you to approach our support team and seek further help.
-
@BWC - We cannot find out the interface directly. Like I said on my previous comment, please check the MAC address on the dropped packet and compare those with the ARP table on the firewall. This is kind of workaround.
