@ KEVIN_SHRESTHA - Do you have all user accounts configured on the SonicWall or on AD, etc,.,?

Hi @ARKWRIGHT, If we have got the translated destination to be a range of IPs on the inbound NAT policy considering the service used is same, only a single connection to a random local IP address (FIFO) is allowed by the firewall. One to Many NAT doesn't work for inbound NAT policies and there comes a need for PAT. PAT is…

Hi @GUSSR16, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. It looks like you are trying to introduce Switch(es) between end computers and SonicWall which is fine. If we are looking for information on best practice to change the IP address on the SonicWall interface, We should first take the settings backup from the firewall.…

Hi @Ashwin_Adithiya, Your TZ 570W falls into the TZ (Gen7) platform and please ensure it is on the latest patch version 7.0.1-R1456 as shown in the tabular format below. Hi @RINCONMIKE, I tested this behavior on couple of other devices too and the feature works flawlessly. Have you tried restarting the SonicWall once and attempted to delete? If restart doesn't work, the last option is to factory reset the box to rule out the settings issue if any.

Hi @RINCONMIKE, Sorry for the delay in response. I had verified this but forgot to update the post. My Bad!!! At this moment, we would need to take help from the back-end team in-order to accommodate the value defined in the datasheet. Please approach our support team for assistance on this request.

Hi @MIS_SHOPPERWORLD, Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community. The best way to determine if the firewall disregards the FTP packets is to perform a packet monitor. Along with packet monitor you could also make sure the Log Category Network and its sub category Network Access is enabled to see some logs on the SonicWall…

Hi @LEMANSGT, Please check the IP subnets to ensure behind which interface of the SonicWall, the server's are hosted. It should be basically your X0 behind as per your scenario you explained on previous comments. Please cross verify the same. Packet Monitor on the SonicWall helps us find out if SonicWall is interfering and…
