Case open since around 6/2. Last response from support is "Engineering is investigating on this issue with priority, I will keep you posted the updates as soon as I have more info." I have three cases open for different issues. Same response.

The connections decreased after a couple of hours and got down to 1. Never zero but did not increase. I do not have Server SSL enabled. I believe the NSa 2650 would go to zero right away. yesterday I got 3 email log dumps. All part 1. At 1:32AM, 9:51AM, and 6:05pm. Any ideas why this is dumping?

I opened the support case weeks ago. So real answer from support. Just that my device and the lab devices show 30,000. I asked support to test lab devices on previous firmware to see if it shows the 75,000. If I manually add the name, it adds. The list shows what looks like two identical entries. I can then delete the one added. But the one that was added from the failure list still will not delete. It is a bug and stinks that the sonicwall solution is to factory reset!

I have rebooted a few times. Still cannot delete. I’d rather not factory reset. Obviously that will work since it will clear the custom common name exclusions and everything else. Did you add those entries from under the failure list and check the box and hit exclude or just manually add? Is there a way to default just the…

I got another log dump at 8pm 6/16 (last night). only one entry in the email. i looked at the log on the 670 and entries go back to 8pm 6/15 (clicked on look last 7 days). The log shows there are 1994 entries? Any idea what it is dumping and not saving more entries? Also why do the dump emails not have all entries at the…

I just checked the log and looks like there are entries only to yesterday. I turned on secondary memory earlier in the week. I just did a restart in case that needed to be done. After the restart, the log was cleared.
