The India support centre is in hell mode now. Heard from someone that they want to count the call-in number. So you better call and ask for a remote session( in case the call dropped, you have to do it all again)

I dont have the issue on my 3700. If its on latest firmware and clean config, just call sonicwall support hotline.

Gen7 is REST API based. Every objects/rules you see on the web UI is from api GET so I guess its expected? If it didnt run the get requests, you would just see the UI framework but no objects/rules inside.

I dont think firewall support SAML for now, even gen7. SAML is supported on SMA 100 and SMA 1000.

depends. tunnel all should route all traffics but you still need per user VPN access control. You should add "wan remote access" to user account "vpn access". Also, check if they NAT policy for SSL VPN IP scope. SSL VPN IP should also translate to public IP for internet traffic.

@frodooftheshire Dont post your public IP here. Remove it or mask it. For the NSM issue, I think you need to open a ticket with sonicwall. Its firewall firmware issue.
-
Its not included in the API doc but the above KB mentioned, you may also take a look.

Even in TSR, it still give similar value for MAX SA on TZ270. So maybe the backend design is 200 but for budget and model, they "officially" support 50. We all know, documentation is the weakness of SonicWALL.

7.0.1 - R1126 is pretty old, I think you need to upgrade the firmware.

Have you test increasing the nested group lookup number from "1"? Also, the AD group cache is 900s(15mins), you may need to wait for 15 mins until the new group lookup works.

@Viveks As 12.4.1 is completely depreciate legacy CT client, we need to know do we have to force our customer upgrade to 12.4.1. Its a big impact to real world users. We do know 12.4.0 is EOLed on vendor view but sometimes our client is not that flexible. So 12.4.0 with pform-hotfix-12.4.0-03189 is also ok for after LM…

As this is quite important, I will try loop in some SW staffs to help. @MasterRoshi @shiprasahu93 @Saravanan @Viveks

TZ300 is a smb model and not targeted for hundred of users. And you may need to check the firewall CPU loading, concurrent connections, etc...

@Twizz728 There will be no disruption. As static IP require end point MAC address. Once you configured, the next DHCP renew on end point will get the new static IP. Existing connection should not be affected.
