HI @jcchat66 , the solution is simple. Use SSLVPN client (NetExtender) or IPSec client (GVC) to have a secure tunnel from the remote user's computer to the firewall and then the user can have access to the file server, have RDP connection, or access the web UI of the switch.

On UTM firewalls, only one profile is supported which is the default profile. Hence, this requirement cannot be implemented.

The issue has been identified and our engineering team is working on the hotfix build. I believe there has been a domain name change for the API calls.

@Norsmith , if you would like to get instant email notification when there is a change in the Acitve-Standby, you'd better use the Alert option.
-
@Norsmith , if you want to control the traffic between VLANs/Subnets you need to create Access Rules.
-
@Kelvin , are you using UI6 user interface on your NSa2700?

You have either BWM option on the firewall or you can use 802.1p Quality of Service which needs to be tagged at layer 2.
-
There should be a build-in Address Object for this. If not, you can create it manually also.

Hi @JDFW , "WAN Remote Access Networks" is required if you want to tunnel all internet traffic.

Hey @Wallpaper , I was able to reproduce this issue and have taken this to our engineering team's attention. Looks like something has changed on the changeip.com side, which is causing this "network error".
