Try creating an address object with the host and outbound rule with the highest priority deny.

If its been purchased from a well known auction site ;) I would check the original description stated that it was a HA unit, if not, send it back as Item not as described.

Yes you need to apply the license. In order to activate you'll need to give it a WAN ip address so it can synchronise with Sonicwall.

If its licensed as a HA unit you will need to convert to a standalone unit in order for it to work on its own, I assume you dont have 2 units. Here is the product code:-
