Apparently, SW doesn't "pre-load" certain information into C-ATP: Like the release notes for the 83n update... (Can't make this stuff up!)
-
@Will, were you able to get this resolved?
-
This KB article has a note at the very bottom (after the request to contact Support), that you have to disable Secure Book in UEFI Hope that helps! Larry

This screenshot is from my TZ250W. So, changing the highlighted field to TOTP would break the link to CSC?

@shiprasahu93 , question for you. What is the implication of setting up the MFA for the Administrator account in the Administration section? How does this work with CSC / now NSM and the web? Thanks!

I have never used the migration tool (I thought that was for non-SW to SW). I simply export the configuration from the old device and then import the configuration into the new one. Note that some settings may not transfer as you expect. I'd suggest generating the TSR so that you can have a readable format of the…

@BWC , no to finding a "new message" ability in the Envelope (where I first looked for one). @Chris , FYI: BUT... clicking on your name, brings me to your profile, where there is a New Message button that let's me create a message. (Go figure!)

@Halon5 , thank you VERY MUCH for bringing up this atrocity. There are countless ticketing systems in the world that manage to perform the bare minimum functions that are inordinately better than what we have. @John_Lasersohn , than you VERY MUCH for even spending the time to look at this. My favorite peeves while you are…

@Halon5 - just seemed to work for me (and I had no idea that I had the ability - was told previously I had to achieve a certain "member level" to get it).

@shiprasahu93 , again, that was helpful, almost... SonicWall will take a PDF that I'm downloading and send it up to a sandbox to investigate whether it contains harmful contents, irrespective of whether I have "block until verdict." However, it won't unpack a UPX file to identify internal components because it merely…

@shiprasahu93 that was, well almost, helpful. I got this: And I clicked on the name, and got this: And closed that, and went to the magnifying glass and got this: And figured the session log would have the details of the actual EXE, but here's what I got: I won't bore you with the screenshots of each of the remaining…

If you are looking for a SonicWall solution, you would need to implement Capture Client on the desktops at the site behind your TZ / NSzz appliance. Product datasheet is here: https://d3ik27cqx8s5ub.cloudfront.net/media/uploads/2020/01/Datasheet-CaptureClient-US-COG-2413.pdf The most recent release guide is here:…

@Ajishlal I can get to my CSC portal using the cloud.sw url. But as noted here, https://community.sonicwall.com/technology-and-support/discussion/1066/confused-about-the-order-of-adding-sonicwaves-to-wcm#latest, I cannot access the WiFi Cloud Manager (WCM) unless there is a device registered. So I posted this thread…

@Ajishlal so what you are showing will only be possible after I get more than one tenant with WiFi devices? Because I can't get to a URL at wcm.sonicwall/com/m/devices/clients at all...

@BWC , I appreciate that information, and you are correct. However, there seems to be no corresponding page within the TZ600's GUI to set this information - at least as far as I can determine. So the only location this information appears, and can be entered, is in the CSC-MA. And because I didn't know about it, I never…
