Take a read through this thread: https://community.sonicwall.com/technology-and-support/discussion/comment/11097 The solution there was to use Firefox. Let us know if that helps you, too.

Please elaborate. I have an outdoor device that went offline several times this past summer. Support insisted that not having the latest firmware was the reason the first time. They had absolutely no explanation the second time (or third). Would want to ensure repeated instances do not occur because of the significant…

@SonicAdmin80 refer to previously documented issue: Someone in Support got the the back-end team to synchronize some things, but not all NSM licenses. Still awaiting firm reasoning and solution.

@djhurt1 as of today (November 5, 2021) you have a new SonicWall Support site to use as a resource. It is located at https://www.sonicwall.com/support/ The page contains something @Micah calls "federated search," which should bring up a HUGE selection of resources, including video tutorials, that should answer you…

This topic has been resolved with the introduction of the new SonicWall Support page - https://www.sonicwall.com/support/ Looking at KB articles you'll see "Select your SonicOS Version" drop-down at the top of the text that will drive you directly to the appropriate text. Now, there's even a download option to save the KB…

I've got an open case now on this and Princy (who has managed to grab some folks to fix things in the past) has a lot of work to do...

Log in to your MySonicWall.com account. On the left menu, click Support Management (new it seems in 18.9). On the expanded sub-menu click Manage Cases. On the right-hand side of the resulting window, click Create Case and provide the device serial number. Enter the appropriate Title, Description and Environment…

Bumping this thread because the ability to properly dismiss the alerts is supposed to be fixed in NSM 2.3.3, due out sometime in December 2021. However, no one on SonicWall's NSM team has answered these questions or offered explanations.

With recommendations from others here about how to configure the upgrade of a TZ500 to a TZ670, I too, have been looking at a way of obtaining the huge amount of custom Address Objects and Groups to edit into a script for import. As a long-time ago mainframer, ISPF was the only advanced editor. I actually miss the ability…

That line from the movie Jerry MagGuire comes to mind after reading your post: "Help me help you." What was your network configuration like before you introduced the TZ570? What firewall were you using where printing worked? If it was a SonicWall firewall, how did you migrate from that to this new one? Providing a lot of…

Following because I am slated to migrate a client's TZ500 to TZ670.

@MABRick If what you are referring to is when the firewall shows offline, I have this standard operating procedure. SOP SonicWall NSM Fix Offline and Unmanaged Firewalls When you log on to NSM and the client’s firewall shows both Offline and Unmanaged, do the following: Log on to the firewall that’s not reporting. For Gen…

And four months ago I was overly optimistic: Capture ATP reporting for licensed AGSS devices hasn't been available in the NSM Dashboard since it was released. Supposedly it will arrive by the end of June 2021 with 2.3.x. This is a significantly harder effort than was originally thought. Now, with the imminent arrival of…

@Micah and @EnaBev whatever were the results of that "look" and is there any chance that this can happen sooner rather than later?

@MPERU99 NSM Version 2.3.2-R8 was released on October 10, 2021. Several significant problems have been resolved with this release. However, if you are disheartened with SonicWall appliances and their implementation, I suggest taking a look at Fortinet's appliances. They may solve the situation(s) you face.
