Here's the definitive article that answers you questions: You want to register it first to ensure things work, and then transfer the licenses after you are OK with the way things are.

There is one page of summary Security information at the beginning, which covers: Known Threats, Blocked Applications, Malicious URLs, Malicious Files, Malicious Geo Connections, Botnet Connection. Under the Security section there are four pages: SSID Security Policies, which contains Active/Inactive status of: Capture ATP…

@BartMan please get this documented with a Support Case. This is a pretty egregious coding failure and someone, somewhere in the organization needs to be made aware of its existence. Sadly, you know where this is going, and unfortunately you're going to have to deal with Support before you blow it away and start over.

@fabybaruz it seems that the 93n works (again / for now).

@kiwicolin when you say "system logs" and combine that with "not an IT guru" I don't know if you've looked at the TSR or trace logs of the device. Here's an article that describes how to do so:…

Well this keeps on being weird. I am going to have to retract my statement of April 12 (but I can't edit or delete it). Someone must have gone back and updated the Gen 7 Release Notes. Rev N, for 5051, now shows only 5 Resolved Items. Rev P, for 5052, now shows 66 Resolved Items. Glad this was rectified.

@tessier5894 In order: 1) If you already have the DHCP established for your WLAN, that should suffice. Here's my X4 Interface to handle the third-party AP that broadcasts on the other side of my apartment: Here's the DHCP setting for that zone: 2) In the Zones setup, check the "Allow Interface Trust" box. Ran both sets of items through some filters and it turns out that the latest list of Resolved issues omits this entry: GEN7-30588 On NSsp 15700 devices, blade synchronization issues may be reported when trying to log in using the default administrator credentials with using Two-Factor Authentication Everything else on the…

CSR called today, April 8, to check on the status for one reported device. Sure enough, it has been working just fine. Prior case activity was Jan 27... He followed up 5 minutes later about a different device. That one is not working properly.

@awolvesf - that "public website/domain" exists where, exactly? Is it on a server within your control? If so, have you checked the Certificate store for the expired SSL cert?

You mean like this? That's the interface from NSM, which also has those annoying messages. I spent the better part of six months trying to get the check mark to acknowledge a notification to work. It might with the most recent update, but I haven't wasted another minute on this awful cloud-based mess of a product offering.…
