I'm wondering how many SonicWall customers and partners might have been affected by this activity: One year later (August 2022), and the ONLY means of getting SMS messages from a WNM device is through this - now highly suspect - third-party provider.

I doubt, in all likelihood, you are not going to see that column restored in the current TZ Gen 6.5 version. The ability to get a "request for enhancement" is not easy - I've tried for a few years and have failed miserably. Pleased to report that this field does exist in the current Gen 7 firmware SonicOS 7.0.1-5065

Sadly, even the July 2022 price list doesn't include the SonicWave 621... For me, it is time to move on to another vendor for Access Points. I'm tired of this $#!%.
