Hi @SoCalMike according to the SentinelOne Requirements it's not supported. @mcarey I would run a Packet-Monitor on the Firewall to check if the packets are indeed initiated from the network and by comparing the MAC address to make sure from the mentioned Workstation. If the packets are coming from this Workstation I would have a look in the Sysinternals arsenal (if it's on Windows) to find a tool…

It got one Like, so it must be great. 😂 --Michael@BWC

What's the status on this? Management is slow like never before, throwing Request failed 504's all over the place. Client is not able to gather Policy. Is it getting worse before getting better? --Michael@BWC

@Trevor what a relief, that is what I was hoping for and the reason why the first release of 10.0.10 got pulled so fast. --Michael@BWC

LOL, Case #43661658 just closed without further notice, no information when the fix will be officially release, no ETA, no nothing. Support is doing ridicules things sometimes, Customer Communication isn't a strong suit to say it mildly. --Michael@BWC

Hi, while walking down on memory lane I'am rethinking my old reports. This issue seems to be fixed with 10.0.9 upwards, that was quick 🙄 --Michael@BWC

Hi @Trevor I guess you're running 10.0.10 at the moment? The first release of 10.0.10 got pulled immediately because of AD issues. You should check Manage -> System Setup -> Server -> Advanced, scroll down to Misc Settings, select Data Directory at Type of File and select usermap.xml from "Choose specific file" ... that…

Hi @ThK I checked an instance and it still sits there at "Reject invalid addresses", IMHO no change for two weeks or so? --Michael@BWC

The pulled 10.0.10 Release is back and 10.0.10.6287 is available, hopefully for good this time. Reading the Release Notes (ja, I do such things) got me thinking, minimum Memory Requirement is 16 GB of RAM. Does this mean this isn't meant for ESA 5000 anymore, which only runs with 8 GB. Even the pricy ESA 7000 just fits the…

@Elim it's a bit irritating that no official Statement from SNWL so far, considering Mathy Vanhoef hold it backup for 9 months and informed several companies in advance. Maybe he did not recognized SNWL as a Wi-Fi vendor. --Michael@BWC

Hi @djhurt1 to see the whole picture list "All Types" in the Routing Table on the Firewall to have it sorted by Priority. This is how the Routing will be processed. You can change how the Routing is done by Network -> Routing Settings -> Prioritize routes by metric within route classes, but per default it's done like this.…

I installed SentinelOne Agent 21.5.2.194 (native), no performance impact while booting whatsoever. --Michael@BWC

Hi @AndyLam the SMA 6200 is part of the 1000 Series (counts for all 4 digit models). I cannot offer an answer to that specific question about ADFS etc. because I'am not that deep into the MS world. But maybe SAML could be an option to authenticating. Some more MS-smart person needs to chime in here. --Michael@BWC

Hi @djhurt1 it's me again 😀, maybe some real pro can chime in as well. First things first, I don't have any clue why your Core Router creates a /30 route, IMHO it shouldn't if your address/neetmask is configured properly. Side Note: Whenever I have to deal with internal Routing through Core Routers I tend to create an…
