  • In the meantime it ascended from the depths of MSW. Maybe it was some kind of caching issue, I left the browser open and after 1 or 2 hours it appeared after hitting the refresh again, all good. --Michael@BWC
  • @preston I logged off and on again to MSW, TZ 570 download is now available, TZ 670 still missing, nother other Gen7 under control at the moment. Will give it another shot later. --Michael@BWC
  • @preston thanks for the hint about the new release, checked all my TZ downloads and it is only available for the TZ 270 at the moment, YMMV. This will change in the next hours I guess. --Michael@BWC
  • Do you have 180.4.22.x bound somewhere to an interface or otherwise in the network? As @shiprasahu93 mentioned below 180.4.22.0 is part of 180.4.16.0/21, totally overlooked the netmask. --Michael@BWC
  • I guess what @tejasshenai meant was the order how the IPs get assigned, starting by .1 - .2 - .3 - .4 - .5 .... .254. AFAIK the DHCP picks a free address randomly out of the pool. --Michael@BWC
  • @tejasshenai there is no limit, because it would be reached easily :) --Michael@BWC
  • Hi @wiper2001 if you have access to old SRA Downloads in MySonicWall it's bundled with Firmware 9.0.0.0-9sv. --Michael@BWC
  • Quick side note: Configuring PRF algorithm on Mikrotik is new with Firmware 6.48. Prior versions working without any trouble. I had a few RouterOS 6.47.x instances running and the update to 6.48 made the change necessary. So be aware when updating RouterOS. --Michael@BWC
  • @Cheeseman while digging through the Log Reference myself I came across this note: It is possible for some packets to trigger a Connection Opened, but later be dropped due to policy settings. So I guess "some packets" is meant in a broader sense :) --Michael@BWC
  • Hi all, was this situation ever resolved? Datasheets still showing 35K/50K/75K for TZ470/570/670 but the UI says otherwise 30K for all. Will there be an official statement on that? --Michael@BWC
  • The weekly crash starts early this week, anyone else having these crashes? @SuroopMC any idea how to tackle this? panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff800774ad7a): "tcp_lock: so=0xffffff80861b03c0 NO PCB! lr=0xffffff7f8b671e42 lrh= 0xffffff80078de8ab:0xffffff80078fd596 0xffffff80078cd2ad:0xffffff80078fd596…
  • @bdfdcapt32 IMHO your static assignment cannot be from within a Dynamic Pool. This is at least what I understand you're trying to accomplish. This ends up in something like this: Error: [10.1.28.129 - 10.1.28.129] overlaps with entry [10.1.28.128 - 10.1.28.159] I usually leave some free space for static assignments in the…
  • @Ajishlal good to know will keep this in mind.
  • @preston mentioned the main point, if this specific appliance got replaced via SecureUpgrade it's decommisioned and cannot get reactivated. Just contact Support and see what they have to say about it. --Michael@BWC
  • @mrrosh you cannot re-register the appliance because it is IMHO already bound to another MySonicWall Account. If you have a chance to contact the old owner to transfer it to yours should do the trick. --Michael@BWC
